They have this location feature which lets you connect with a doctor in your preferred city but that is only for fooling you. They would connect to any random zolachap doctor from any random city. When you complain to customer care about that theyll say sorry we cant do anything about that.

Hi, so I was quite impressed with Practo and used it for my kid as well as for myself. During this epidemic time we cannot afford to go outside and visit a doc, thankfully my kid’s doc and my 1st doc were great and knowledgeable, my doc R.V Bhavya Swetha diagnosed the problem right away and wrote some tests and on the same day my chat was closed, it still shows that I’ve 50 messages for further help but after communicating with customer service 3-4 times I’ve been finally told that Dr. Swetha has disabled the availability butyon and only docs have the control over it, this app can’t do anything from their end.
So my question is then who is taking the responsibility of her patients? And what about follow ups ? I’ve gone for the tests and spent my money but now there is no doc to read the test results and help me further with the issue.
After a heated conversation this app provided me a coupon to see another doc, well that doc looked uninterested, see didn’t even read my test reports and after pointing her out that where my results doesn’t seem good she said oh yeah I see that thing isn’t right and on constant poking she finally looked irritated and responded with a supplement name.
Looks like they lure you with good docs and then they give you a whole new mediocre doc.
Unfortunately I bought the this app plus and now waiting for my refund.
I don’t trust Practo anymore and would never suggest anyone to use it. A big scam.

I booked an in-clinic appointment for a senior citizen. While on the way to the clinic, the this app representative called saying appt needs to be rescheduled as Clinic has changed the timings. This is when my mom travelled for 1 hr and had reached the clinic. Once back home, Practo didn’t allow to reschedule as it needs to be done 2 hrs prior the appt which we couldn’t as we got the call late from this app. When we contacted the chat and call center, we were told to wait for 24-48 hrs to hear back from their back end team. I would suggest getting in-clinic appt directly from the clinics and not rely on this app for that.

I tried booking an appointment with a famous doctor with almost 5 star rating, I had appointment at 11:15, I was asked to wait for half an hour, then at 10:45 they asked me to wait for more 1 hour(this was a WhatsApp call from this app). In sometime, I just got a message that your consultation is cancelled, reason being in person appointment is needed, doctor didn’t even talk to me, how do they know what problem I have and if I need a video or in person consultation. Very unprofessional behavior. I feel cheated, my time and money won’t come back. Never trust these people.

The doctor finished the consultation without informing and the next day I tried contacting him to ask about the blood reports for which he did not reply and this app says we don’t have to do anything with that. Hats off.. RIP CUSTOMER SERVICE & this app would never recommend it to anyone.

I paid the doctor fees of 550 and told the doctor my problem on chat, he asked for my reports and ended the consultation- procto and doctor Rohan Jaju just ate the fees I gave and I got no medical services in return - they don’t tell you you have time limits for getting reports and this app and this doctor declined my request to allow time to get them the reports - they just stole my money. Stay away for these thieves. Horrible experience of being cheated in broad daylight. Apple - please take down these cheaters app from your store.

App is having some load issues. Sometimes app doesn’t respond properly.

After upgrading my mobile, I downloaded this app & installed. How we it is not recognizing my mobile now. It couldn’t send the OTP. I tried all options & with no help

The Good:
- I need consultation after 8:00 PM and was assigned a doctor immediately. Doctor contacted via video call and sent prescription immediately

The Bad:
- The doctor I selected was not the one I received call from
- Practo says I week and 30 messages follow up is included. But there was no response from the doctor. Even escalating in their feedback didn’t result in anything.
- The help option is a dumb AI and they don’t have live agents to help resolve any issues.

All in all App focuses on getting your money and quickly drops to a dissatisfied experience overall! It is kind of way for Doctors to make money when they are commuting from Home to office etc. without any accountability and this app focuses on just making its share. Definitely needs a complaint is needed with the Govt. authorities.

This is a great app and concept however, I discovered that when my ophthalmologist’s office makes an appointment for me it stays only on the web and does not populate the mobile app at all! If such basic issues can not be made available to the patient then what is the purpose of Practo? It becomes useless and is a waste of time despite it having such good prospects.

I hope the developers will take this into account and include the information in the mobile app thereby making it convenient for the patient.

So far I have not been able to use it due this basic flaw.

Hopefully this critique will not fall on deaf ears and this basic requirement will be addressed.

this app is a great product - to get immediate consultation from experts while sitting at home. Though it will never be able to replace actual Doctor clinic visits, you’ll get second opinions quickly.

However they’ve created so much nuisance in the name of technology automation and scaling, In less than 24 hours, I’ve received 10+ SMS, at least 20+ Notifications, at least 7 automated calls.

Looks they’ve given the guns to monkeys who don’t know how to handle it.

this app leaders: please look in to it and stop harassing your paying customers.

Limit all SMS / Notifications / Calls to no more than 1-2 per day.

Also, this app’s Shopping cart functionality is so flawed. You can not combine more than one prescription in one order. Every time you click back, your cart is empty again.

this app leaders: Please order some medications yourself from multiple consultations and see for yourself how poorly designed it is.

Doctor allocation is random, they will select the doctor that is allocated to you and you have no way to ensure you get a great doctor.

They should at least allow us to shortlist 2 doctors from which they can give one to us. For one of the consultation that completed in 3 minutes, the specialist asked me to go see a specialist in my city and do an in person visit, she is right. But she is from another city, so now I need to pay to another doctor for in person visit - this is duplication of cost for me.

This is a decent app. But it would be better if I am allowed to choose a doctor of my choice rather than Practo autoselecting a doctor for me. We spend hours to find a perfect doctor and after finding a right doctor Practo sends us to some other doctor by autosearch.I think we should be allowed to make a selection of our choice.

I have been trying to buy 15 free consultation package and it doesn’t allow me to make payment . Single consultation payment is ok. However the button to make payment for this app plus is unresponsive.

It seems a big with iPhone 12 mini experience

Here is a completely honest review. Practo has TRULY HELPED ME. You can speak to doctors online as advertised. Usually within 2 minutes of searching. Sometimes the doctors don’t reply right away, but about 70% of the time they do. I understand they are actual doctors and they are only from India, time zones are different and they must have a busy schedule themselves. However, these doctors do try to help you. If you have a question about anything that’s wrong with you, they will ask you questions and try to figure out the problem. They can send you prescriptions, which I don’t usually go with, I would stick with your actual doctor for that. They can give you recommendations of what you should do, whether it means taking rest, or seeing a physician in person to take a certain type of test to see what results show. The this app doctor will be interested to see the results to understand what is going on, so they can further help you and give you a second opinion. All in all, Practo helped me in terrible times. I would love too see it increase in doctors, especially from other countries such as the U.S! The concept is great and I am truly grateful for what it has done for me. If you need a doctor to talk to, I certainly recommend giving Practo a try.

Practo helped me to connect to the doctor within few minutes and Doctor Gabri was awesome with his treatment

this app has really helped in covid times to set up appointment with doctors.

Call features not always work ..it’s frustrating when you are not able to talk to doctor

Thanks to Practo and the people behind it, it will give you good guide , pre idea about doctors reputations and actual cases stories. It will help you to have more clear pictures by giving information and real evaluation. Then remaining is to go with your own experience .
I benefited a lot from it and urge any person looking for medical related issues to use it too.

one issue- when I clicked on notification, the message window kept loading and fell in a loop.
