At first I was so surprised, an appointment on December 24th 7 pm with a pediatrician, it was easy, she was home with her baby, so was I, it seemed too good to be true, and it was. 2 days later my daughters prescription is nowhere to be found I’ve called customer support three times and the last time I was waiting for three hours and nobody picked up. I was charged for this appointment and got Nothing, my daughter is still sick.
I have an oncologist appointment tomorrow through TeleConsultaMD and I’m screwed because it literally won’t even open. 😒
While consulting Dr, connection was lost and apparently there’s no way the physician can recconect with me. So ‘visit’ was ended
App goes down constantly :(
TeleConsultaMD crashes while waiting for the provider to start the appointment, you loose your turn and have to schedule again.
Other than this technical issues, the providers are great.
