    Great Sales App

    Map My Customers has allowed me to take efficiency to the next level. I am able to take “scattered information” from excel sheets and turn them into visible plots on a map of my territory. It allows you to be a more regular presence with your customers and prospects. Wherever you’re at you know who you’re close to and can go call on. The route function is handy too when you want to filter on a certain type of customer and find the quickest route to begin calling on them. This app has taken away what used to be very time consuming, in regard to figuring out where all the clients and prospects were, and replaced it with quick information that is visible as soon as it is loaded. Hands down a must have for any traveling sales rep!

    Original Version Was Better Than the Current Version

    I started using MMC in November of 2017. Using it was simple and straight forward. Then it was upgraded in summer of 2018 and now it’s trying to do too much. All of my specific color-coded customer pins were not recognized by the new version. All new customer information of edits would NOT be saved until I changed the pin color to an “approved” color. Notified customer service multiple times and provided screenshots of error messages, nothing resolved. Nothing has changed. The original version of displaying multiple customer notes was easier to read. I can’t “check-in” without a note anymore with the updated version. It still works just fine, it’s just too complicated compared to how it used to be.

    Great product for the price!

    Overall I find MMC to be very easy to use, with a great return. I have not explored all of the features yet, (such as creating campaigns), however based on my experience already I know it will be simple. One of my favourite things of the software is the responsiveness of the chat help. I have used more expensive programs in the past, yet this seems to be easier to get a hold of for me. Would recommend!! The only downside one might run into is that it does not give you step by step directions to fully print out. It is to be used in conjunction with Google maps/WAZE/ etc. I don’t care about that feature, but someone might

    Efficient customer mapper and info manager with a lot of features

    Map my customers has been great for my company’s representatives in the field. They were previously using two different programs to accomplish everything MMC does. We have been using this app for about 4 months and like many of the features such as auto check-in, routing, checkin notes, and custom fields. Their app is easy to use and works well. You can break down mapped customers into many different groups and sub groups. The desktop version is a little bit more clunky, but I’m told they are doing a complete overhaul on that soon. I’d recommend this product to traveling representatives.

    Out on the road

    There are some issues that I run into while running routes that I’ve created. 1 is that the app seems to close out and reset while I’m in an appointment. So when I’ve completed the appointment, and go to navigate to my next stop. All the customers have to reload, and sometimes it is slow depending on service. I just can’t understand why the route wouldn’t stay pulled up so I can just click on the next pin and go. Also, when I do click on the next pin, the navigation often doesn’t recognize where I’m currently located, and I have to manually enter to navigate from my location. My other complaint is that notes don’t seem to import from excel. It would be nice to have this while on the road.

    Saves you time and money

    Map my customer has allowed me to efficiently travel my territory at ease. Since I started using this app I have not forgot to stop by any of my accounts allowing me to turn my territory more efficiently saving me lots of money. If you are in the fence about using map my customer, let me convince you to give it a try and once you get your clients set up in the system and use it you will be glad you did. This app literally saves me hours per month on planning out who I’m going to see and where I’m going to go. I just get in my car on Monday mornings and go.

    Has stopped functioning

    This has been an excellent app for sales territory routing that I’ve used for over a year. However it has recently stopped working when starting a route. It freezes and never recovers (and therefore never creates the mapped route). Because of that, the app has become almost useless for me. I have contacted customer service but have not received an answer when it will be repaired. Also, MMC will be upgrading the app at a much higher monthly cost to the customer than they charged previously. When the app is functioning, it currently meets all my needs...not sure why they have to rework it. But also don’t understand the much higher cost upcoming. May have to find another app to use.

    An App that’s actually helpful in the field

    MMC has really helped me grow and organize my territory. It’s the first tool I’ve been able to use while actually in the field rather than having to log in my calls after a day of work. I gave four stars because there’s room for improvement, but whenever I’ve reached out to the MMC team they’ve always been incredibly helpful. They even encourage feedback to help improve the user’s experience. It truly is an asset to any sales professional!

    Excellent and super user friendly.

    We started using the app, as a company, a little over 2 years ago. It has been a great tool. I can quickly find current and new customer where ever I am. If I have an appointment that falls through... no problem, I just pull up the app, look to see who is near by and boom! This should be in the tool pouch of any serious sales person. I have been doing business to business sales since February 2011. This is BY FAR the best sales tool I have.

    Saves Time & Data Visualization

    Previously I used Route 2 Go to plan my sales calls. It did the trick, however, this is like that on steroids. Being able to see all my customers and potentials on the screen, build a route, integrate with Zoho and Salesforce, the heat signature where I can visually see how long it has been since I have called on a business is incredible. I have tested other sales and route mapping apps and this one is the best.

    Great app!

    This app is very convenient for someone who works out on the field. The fact it’s linked to google maps helps tremendously. This is a well organized platform. I had one issue that is very common with apps where glitches were occurring, the team immediately addressed the issue and it’s never happened since. Thank you map my customers for making my job THAT much easier.

    Changed my whole business!

    I use this every single day! I cover multiple states and this keeps me sane! The ability to email or call my customer right from the app is incredible. To be able to check in with notes and logs keeps me on top of each account. Reminders link to your calendar and the driving and route option saves me so much time on every trip.

    Amazing app

    Map my customers has has helped with efficiency. I am now able to upload excel sheets with info such as location and names of my prospects and they show up on the map color coordinated. In addition I am able to write notes on each prospect or client really allowing me to stay organized. I highly recommend this app specially if you’re like me and need to be organized.

    Map my customers has helped me get organized and allowed me to really dig in to my territory. With over 200 customers in a multiple state territory, map my customers, allows me to make sure every drive is a productive use of my time. Daily/weekly/monthly planning has become so much easier and more manageable. I recommend this to anyone with a sales territory.

    Intuitive, fast, good for managing accounts

    The Map My Customers app I found after looking for something like this for over a year. I find it easy to get started, and quick to get to the things I want like lead gen, routing, and geospatial filtering. Great for hunters and farmers of business. I would highly recommend you try it. Support team is very responsive and quick as well.
