I had high hopes for OutlookCustomerManager because of the advertised integration with the office 365 Business Center and other apps. I have witnessed several strange errors, but mainly the contact syncing is horrible. When I add a contact, it shows in OutlookCustomerManager as offline. As soon as the list is refreshed, the contact disappears from OutlookCustomerManager . But oddly shows in the Invoicing app.
This had promise to be the ultimate productivity app for me and my business, but I am really disappointed.
Maybe someday Microsoft will get there.....

Over ten hours spent with MS tech support trying to get OutlookCustomerManager to work on my iPhone. Way too many others have same issue; can't get beyond the first screen after logging in. A broken rocketship pops up and says try again later. What a joke; I feel bad for the tech support guys who know this is a huge issue! I give OutlookCustomerManager one star only because the is no way to give it ZERO STARS!

I thought it might be good as it’s ms right? Slow slow slow. I assume it’s doing some synch but would like to use it quickly. Also, edges of work space don’t fit screen so cannot access controls (iPhone XS max). Switching between functions is also slow.

It’s a good concept, and you would think a company like Microsoft would be able to put it out with fewer bugs and more functionality. I have gotten OutlookCustomerManager to load previously, but now, it will not load.

Why did you bother to create OutlookCustomerManager if you aren’t going to actually make it work? This was a total waste of my time!
It’s even worse than the calendar function on your Outlook app. And it’s hard to be that bad!!

The punishment for choosing O365 as your business backbone is limitless. You’d have to be challenged to choose MS over g-suite.
No surprise but this doesn’t work. It’s crazy to think but they actually released this knowing it didn’t work.

Attempted to contact support for contacts not syncing, took a few weeks to find out OutlookCustomerManager is broken and was told to wait for the next update. Tick-tock.

I have read the reviews. I agree. It crashes and doesn’t load. Very long load wait times. Don’t even waste your time

Have tried to log in OutlookCustomerManager several times for 4 weeks and can’t get signed in.

I create links under a company (add contacts) it shows after I save the changes. Within seconds it wipes out the links under companies and they no longer exist under the company. Fix this first.

Add a calendar. I like where you’re going with this. I’ll help you with feedback.

As a mini CRM it is a great tool to start with and follow up with customers... however I want to report a bug... that when I press the add button part of the pop up menu remains below the bar.
Otherwise I would give a five star!!

Very quickly navigated the system. Very intuitive , very powerful. Just what my company needed. This program will be so powerful!!! Very excited to run and grow with OutlookCustomerManager . No reason for us to go with sales force or other apps. Dave Hamilton
