I Been trying to get a payout, when I ran the payments I was told the 26th two days before the 26th they disable my payouts, I contacted customer service (trough email because they do not have a phone number I can call and talk to somebody) I email them, 26 or so email later they don’t know how to fix whatever issue they are having, I keep getting same generic answer from the many different people, but no one has been able to fix their issues. I will cancel the payments and redo them with a different company, also the fee’s they advertise are not what they charge you, save your self the headache, and go with a different company!!!

Very responsive to concerns

As charity organization we use Payment for our fundraising activities and was not aware of processing costs, but company was very responsive in helping us resolve. App works great and would recommend. Found them to very responsive as they know how we help people in our community. Thank you!

A server with a specified host name could not be found

I downloaded Payment specifically to work with a card reader that I purchased directly from stripe. After trying to contact the software company for several weeks I have gotten no response. They are paid based on the transactions we run through their software. I would be perfectly happy for them to receive their percentage if they could resolve the server and host name issue. Until such time the software does nothing for me.

Been using Payment to capture payments for a while now and have had no issues. Love that you can send receipts from Payment immediately at purchase. I own a small printing business. App does everything it says it will.

The worst experiece a nightmare

After approving my account, and allowed me to make credit card transactionsThey arbitrarily decided to close my account. It has been three weeks and they are still holding monies that they need to refund to my client, and every time they ask for another procedure, waste of time, and they just hold your money for no reason. Worst customer service, you cannot talk to a live person, I am still trying to get the refund to my client. A complete nightmare

Setup doesn’t connect to chosen account

During setup it offers me the existing Stripe sub-account I have and want the charges going to, but then it creates a *new* sub-account under my Stripe login and connects to that instead. This is annoying behavior and will cause me extra work each month. I did contact the developer but have only gotten the autoresponder so far.

Once I Finally Figured It Out

Incredible customer service with detailed and quick response to emails…and once i figured out that i had more than 22 characters in decscripter, it’s finally working perfectly!!! thanks stripe !!!

Missing one feature

Great app that allows for easy debit and credit card processing. One thing that would make things a lot easier would be a way to also record cash transactions. Also allow connection of Bluetooth receipt printer.

I’m in the process/ in between transferring a business partnership and I was referred to stripe from a friend and so far my experience has been great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to process credit or debit cards for their small business.

Works as promised.

Rarely does an app do what it says it will do and does it consistently and this is one of those apps. Never a problem, works every time and is simple and straightforward. Great job guys. Keep up the good work!

Very good mobile payment for Stripe

After a smooth year of using this app for Stripe, this morning I had an issue with it. I emailed the customer support, they replied right away with a solution of the issue. Great work (thanks Ryan!)!
I would give 5-star rate if they proactively let their customers know about the issue beforehand.

So far so good

I like stripe never had any problems. Payment works . I give 4 stars because I wish it could update inventory on my website. Also it be nice if Payment showed pictures of your products when checking out a customer. 👍

the process needed to actually receive your funds is out of control.

Super easy to take payments so far! Waiting for my payout now! If everything goes well this may be the absolute best app for little businesses or even big ones!

Please stay away from this company at all cost.
I have done a transaction with one of my loyal customers and yet to see my this app they are holding onto almost $8000 of my hard earned money it’s been over a month I have reached out to them numerous times I have Emailed them But yet to hear back from them Will be taking legal action today enough is enough

Awesome for vendor events

Payment is amazing i also have a card reader that does apple pay, credit chips and strips and it works flawlessly with all of them!

No mention of added fee

While they claim to reduce the swipe fee to 2.7% + 5c, I see no mention of the 1% fee this app adds. Update - developer responded the 1% fee is mentioned in the description, but I do not see it. Also mention it is listed in their terms of service and on their pricing page - but it is not clearly stated here.

Terrible customer service

If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. I signed up Allor an account and had to return a this app to a customer, they did and charged me for their refund. Every other platform refunds the this app with no charge. They charged me 3% regardless of transactions. I terminated my service with them and will be filing fraud charges with my banking institution.

Criminal

These people are horrible and immoral. Been about 4 months now trying to get them to release funds without any dispute. They say online presence isn’t strong enough so they just holding on to thousands of dollars!!!
Been back and forth couple dozen emails
These people are thieves and lowlife criminals

Update: I’ve been told funds will be release after over 5 months using my money for a hedge fund. We shall see..
