I was excited about this credit card reader, especially its integration with Stripe. However, it is NOT WORKING. Iโve tried all of their troubleshooting suggestions. Nothing. And Iโve had ZERO response from this app after submitting multiple help requests. Save yourself the frustration and go with Square.
This is definitely a scam, still havenโt gave money in my account asked for all this information
No way to access setting on phone or change password on phone
Card reader wonโt actually process cards for our account!
Iโve made my first few transaction all have gone fine so far. The last app I used clients were able to finger sign, and was able to capture the card number with my camera, which were features I appreciated, but Collect ultimately stopped working with my device. This one the type overlaps and makes it difficult to read, I may be able to fix that adjusting the print size.

The reader came in the mail, I set it up at home, and the next day I was able to complete purchases at a trade show. Couldn't be happier.

This is the perfect setup for me to sell my art at local fleas.
It was time I stepped up and gave my clients an option other than cash. I'm not too tech savvy, but I managed to use Collect (definitely speaks to the ease of use).
Works as described. Perfect for events.
