I downloaded the app and bought one audiobook and started a subscription. Everything was fine until I wanted to unsubscribe but didn’t know how so asked them to help. I got a message saying my account was deactivated, and when I tried to find the book I had just bought it wasn’t there since they disabled my whole account. I’ve also still been getting charged even after it was deactivated. I tried contacting them and never got a response. Very unhappy and frustrated overall. Would not recommend.
Edit: they have still not responded to my emails and I have been charged again this month even though I deleted my only account I’ve made.
Edit: they have still not cancelled my account and I have been charged multiple times. I will now have to cancel my debit card because not one person has helped me and I’m beyond frustrated at this time. I’ve tried to get in contact with someone but have continuously been ignored. Complete waste of money they will scam you.

“I bought a book several months ago, for $7.95, and apparently clicked a button that signed me up to pay a monthly fee of the exact same amount – $7.95. I just realized that I was still paying this, several months, later. I wanted to actually the use the service and buy a book this week, but it wasn't available in their library. So why am I paying a monthly subscription again if I can't even buy books?
My experience with the customer service rep is what prompted me to write a review. Confrontational, defensive, arrogant, somehow ended up accusing me of credit card fraud(??) when I contested the charges after they refused to issue a full reimbursement.

It’s hard for me to rate this. I have tried many different audiobook apps but none seem to work for me. This one was no exception. I’ve only had one this horrible before, and that was one that wouldn’t let me go to the sign up page. Guess what? This one did too. It’s hard to rate this because I have had no experience whatsoever with the app, so, unfortunately, I have to give it the lowest rating. I’m not sad. But I guess I wasn’t surprised. As I’ve said, none seemed to work for me. I know that this probably won’t get posted up, but I hope that if you see this you will take my word into account.
