I do enjoy AudiobooksfromAudiobookSTORE . Works well and serves its purpose. I would like if it was easier to get to the book purchasing website. Currently there is no link to get to the library to buy more books from within AudiobooksfromAudiobookSTORE and I have to remember this apps name (very similar to other book purchasing websites) and go to the web browser app and search online. Makes it challenging when someone is having a conversation with you and recommending a book, and you’ve got to toggle around to try to find it and hold conversation. Or maybe add a wishlist area right in AudiobooksfromAudiobookSTORE . Would help prompt more sales too if procuring was easier. Also, in some books (Celestine prophecy) it does not automatically go to the next chapter. I listen to the books while driving and find it frustrating to try to change chapters while driving. But overall the audio quality is good, I enjoy I do not have to “wait for buffering” and it just downloads them all. I go in and out of service so I appreciate this greatly.

I downloaded AudiobooksfromAudiobookSTORE and bought one audiobook and started a subscription. Everything was fine until I wanted to unsubscribe but didn’t know how so asked them to help. I got a message saying my account was deactivated, and when I tried to find the book I had just bought it wasn’t there since they disabled my whole account. I’ve also still been getting charged even after it was deactivated. I tried contacting them and never got a response. Very unhappy and frustrated overall. Would not recommend.

Edit: they have still not responded to my emails and I have been charged again this month even though I deleted my only account I’ve made.

Edit: they have still not cancelled my account and I have been charged multiple times. I will now have to cancel my debit card because not one person has helped me and I’m beyond frustrated at this time. I’ve tried to get in contact with someone but have continuously been ignored. Complete waste of money they will scam you.

Right is Right! I went on a rant, BUT these folks came back quickly and politely FIXED my problem. I have the book I wanted, and my account was credited for the second charge I made trying to re-download a book. You folks rock!!

I have purchased many books on AudiobooksfromAudiobookSTORE, and always worked fine. HOWEVER, service was non-existent when I did encounter a problem. Paid for a book today. It said it was in my library! It was NOT! Tried again, and PAID AGAIN-same result!!! Now, I have been charged twice, and NO BOOK! Tried to contact for help by several methods. NOTHING!

please fix this device ... has a lot of great features if only it didn’t take so long to load and didn’t crash every time i switch to another page like to text or answer the phone ... then sometimes it still doesn’t load properly and have to shut it down ad start over ... and wait ... and wait ... i have deleted it and reloaded it and it still doesn’t work as effectively as it should 😔 now the bookmarked pages aren’t numbered just shows “Chapter...” and the latest bookmark isn’t always at the top of the list where it belongs but randomly ends up at the bottom ... i have a new phone so it loads faster but will NOT stay open in the background if i go to another app ... very buggy ...

Lady Luck was interesting and engaging from start to finish. The agreement of a make believe marriage between Ty and Lexi was beautiful. Admittedly, I was not surprised when the agreement swiftly grew into a meeting of two love starved people. Both endured horrific childhoods. Lexi, because of drug addiction, and Ty because of cold and selfish mother and alcoholic father. However, after the couple works through many unavoidable issues due to the world as each had come to know it “Team Walker” emerges and the couple learns to work problems through together. Lady Luck will hold your interest... encouraging the reader to long for such a loving and committed relationship.

“I bought a book several months ago, for $7.95, and apparently clicked a button that signed me up to pay a monthly fee of the exact same amount – $7.95. I just realized that I was still paying this, several months, later. I wanted to actually the use the service and buy a book this week, but it wasn't available in their library. So why am I paying a monthly subscription again if I can't even buy books?

My experience with the customer service rep is what prompted me to write a review. Confrontational, defensive, arrogant, somehow ended up accusing me of credit card fraud(??) when I contested the charges after they refused to issue a full reimbursement.

I've tried a number of different audiobook apps and services. This one has so far been the most reasonably priced. I was able to find the title I was looking for, and it worked great on a recent long car trip. My only complaint: the volume had to be turned WAY up in order to hear the story. Which was fine until my Waze app interrupted to tell me about road conditions. Wow! Then that was extremely loud. 😳. The Audiobooks worked great though.

It’s hard for me to rate this. I have tried many different audiobook apps but none seem to work for me. This one was no exception. I’ve only had one this horrible before, and that was one that wouldn’t let me go to the sign up page. Guess what? This one did too. It’s hard to rate this because I have had no experience whatsoever with AudiobooksfromAudiobookSTORE , so, unfortunately, I have to give it the lowest rating. I’m not sad. But I guess I wasn’t surprised. As I’ve said, none seemed to work for me. I know that this probably won’t get posted up, but I hope that if you see this you will take my word into account.

I bought a book over a year ago and they have been billing me $7.95 a month. No way to cancel subscription via app. Most expensive book I ever....

Most other subscription based app’s are very easy to cancel, it’s like a part time job trying to figure out how to cancel this subscription.... Any app or service that is very easy to sign up for but very difficult to drop is not a company I want to do business with..... 0 stars, based on how hard it is to cancel subscription... it’s 2019!!! There should be a button I click on AudiobooksfromAudiobookSTORE to cancel.

I enjoy the convenience of AudiobooksfromAudiobookSTORE when purchasing audio books. Then there is the ability to access my library on several platforms simultaneously. Never had a glitch with the downloads, I cancelled the other audio book service I had in favor of the Audio Book Store.

AudiobooksfromAudiobookSTORE has been the best thing since we moved 40 miles from my workplace. The time passes and I don't even think about the travel time. I don't know how many books I have listened to but I haven't gone a day without having a next new book to read after I finish the last!

Outstanding first audiobook with your app. Top not app! The book will have me listening again. So many pearls of wisdom from so many walks of life with a single thread that sows the pearls together. They have found there path and the message is clear. Oprah is a true teacher and she puts it in language I can hear.

I am so happy with AudiobooksfromAudiobookSTORE! Monthly fee is reasonable; narration is clear with excellent narrators; easy to jump back when interrupted; excellent choice of books. Perfect for multitaskers! Crocheted an entire afghan & two baby blankets while listen to my favorite book! Sooo much better than TV!

I love having a good book to listen to as I drive! Makes me look forward to getting in the car, to drive in rush hour traffic, to work!

Not sure how they have been billing me but my sister logged in with my phone, under HER EMAIL and they have been billing me every month and not her. Her account has her bank account info, not mine. Now they wont refund! THIEVES!!!!!

I signed up for a subscription thinking he probably wouldn't end up using it. But, I find it's so convenient to listen to the books and the cost is super reasonable but the membership

So many title options! Customer service is quick to reply and very helpful too!

After a few hiccups the correct department made adjustments to some issues and everything was fixed properly

I enjoy reading and I am on the go most of the day. This allows me to enjoy my books through audio and keep up with my fast pace lifestyle. AudiobooksfromAudiobookSTORE is a must have.

Audible fan and fan of this company but the iPhone X has been put a while now. Support the phone in your app.

Very user friendly app that allows me access to many books I can't find on other affordable sites. I would recommend this to everyone.

There should be a link on every page to search the library and select titles for future downloads. Further it is difficult to nav to the Home page. For some reason my AB loads on my iPad vertically and I can’t get it to load facing me and the keyboard. I will look for an alternative audio book site. The help desk has been no help.
