Essential for getting around the Dirty T.

GoTucsonParking cheats you out of 1-2 minutes almost every time you use it. Not a big deal? It is when you use it 3-4 times per day.

Also sometimes officers don't check GoTucsonParking and just write you a ticket when the meter doesn't update.

If you use GoTucsonParking take a screenshot of your receipt (showing the time) EVERY TIME you use it so you can prove you've paid.

The problem with this is, it’s a weekend. I’m trying to park, and GoTucsonParking won’t let me pay. I parked at 4pm, general parking expires at 5pm, then I must pay another fee for beyond 5pm. No problem. However, GoTucsonParking just keeps erroring out and doesn’t allow it. Obviously an error , but needs an immediate solution / fix! HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

Clicking the “get started” button, for when you don’t have existing account, dumps you onto a screen where you are asked for the pin number for your existing account, and no way to create one.

Not cool, charge a convenience fee to use GoTucsonParking when there is no choice to pay cash at the lot. That is not convenient for me. The city just raked in more money. Not a good app if there is an additional fee for just using it 😡

It's exclusive app for every one wants to find parking space easily and securely. It's easy to use and I think it's best app in own category. Thanks.

Tucson Parking is horrible to deal with, so it only makes sense that GoTucsonParking is also

Tried to use the meters and GoTucsonParking this afternoon. The meter had 30 minutes left, so I thought I'd just add time. I waited 25 minutes and logged on to add time. I was allowed to add only 45 minutes. I hadn't ever used GoTucsonParking nor had I paid for the parking place. I added the time and left when the alarm notified my I had 8 minutes left. When I returned to the car, I had over 30 minutes left. I tried to add time through GoTucsonParking , but got a message I couldn't go beyond the 2 hour time limit. I only paid for 45 minutes. Not impressed. Avoid using the meters and GoTucsonParking . I enjoy going to 4th ave, but this was a mess. Might need to rethink my plans and left the business know this isn't working.

I LOVE GoTucsonParking both on my phone and on the website. However, occasionally it will give me an error and say something like "checkout time is more than 3600 minutes." Other than that error happening from time to time, it's great! Thank you to whoever developed this application.

I like that you can buy passes from GoTucsonParking, really saves the time and is very handful to me. Other features i havnt tried yet but GoTucsonParking overall is very easy to use and the feature it provides is very helpful!

GoTucsonParking is essential when I'm in Tucson. It's an elegant way to pay for every parking space. It's easy to use and has lots of informations.

I never have cash on me now I never have to worry about not finding money to park

Amazing app, nice and interactive user interface. I can purchased pass for shuttle and tran by my finger tips. Most recommended.

Nice idea for making payments easier and with no effort , It would better if you add more payment options .

The parking part will crash but still charges you, then if you log back in it charges you again. Same goes for the transit part. I hope you can get this to work, it could be convenient for transit since the ticket machines are so flaking in working.
