Absolutely terrible app to navigate. I signed up for a NHL 19 tournament that the red wings were sponsoring and did all the steps and checked in, followed check in instructions and everything. Saw my opponent and he invited me to a game. I ended up winning but it said he was the verified winner. There was nothing either of us could do. I message customer support and they say I didn’t check in (even though I 100% did) and that they can’t do anything even though I had physical proof that I won to advance. Fix your app. There should be some way you can view when I logged in and you would see I logged in after I was sent the message to check in and that I played the full length game to follow. Terrible experience that could have been a great way to expand gaming. Terrible service and terrible app. If I could give negative stars I would.

Even the owners are scammers. Shut this app down

I was not happy with the game choices for tournaments and the fact that you can’t do 2v2 or 3v3 tournaments. I tried to deposit the money i put in and it wouldn’t let me have it back.

I won some games and they closed my account with $123 in it. They are complete scams. Use players lounge and one up

GamerSaloon functions as it should. I just doesn’t look nice. My issue is with the site in general. Today it’s the same as it was 10 years ago. You signup, then immediately are hustled by people that will do anything to win. If the game has a glitch, it will be shamelessly abused. So you sign up. Put money in, think you’re good at a game, then get annoyed into selecting one of the nats messaging you, get worked, and never want to play on it again. There needs to be a mechanism that pairs evenly skilled people. Or really just a larger audience. One way to fix that would be to offer a more satisfying initial user experience. If this is your first gamer saloon try, you’ll just use it once to discover people are extremely good at the game you play. You will think that is all you will run into. And it is... it’s just the same couple of people.

I have played madden on this site for over 10 years and it has outlasted and outperformed the competition. You can play players at any stake and any level.

The match fee is lower on Saloon (14%) than Players Lounge (20%) and Saloon throws way more promos and bonuses than PL.

GamerSaloon isn’t perfect, but it’s the best in the world of esports.

GamerSaloon worked for me. I set up matches, played, won and then got my money. Quarantine has been rough but GamerSaloon got me through it. The customer service was legit, and handled the issue I ran into with another player. Making money $$$$

Really happy with the new GamerSaoon app. Everything works as it should. Very easy to find money games. Support has always been good. No complaints.

Love how easy it is to set up a game and report the score. I literally don't have to get up from the couch and walk to the computer anymore. Plus, the real time notifications for my match times are very helpful.

Overall, I am sure they will continue updating but it is definitely worth the free download as is and I use it every day.

There is no Nintendo Switch support for like ACNH hide n seek tournaments and no MC option so you can’t challenge people to hunger games or death swap or whoever beats the ender dragon first wins. So All in all Terrible App make more options or a search for game and if it isn’t there you can create a category.

Couldn't even make an account on this crappy "app" even tried on my laptop. It'll ask you what game you'd like to play/compete in and enter your gamertag, when you press next, it resets the WHOLE page making it an endless cycle. WORTHLESS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Happy they have an app. Even happier it actually works. Sometimes it disconnects and takes time reconnecting but it's really not a big deal. Good work guys.

The new this app design is very easy to use. Happy with the updates. I now don’t have to leave my couch to win money playing 2k. Legit service with quick payouts.

Never had any issues with receiving my winnings.. Downloaded app pretty easy to navigate good set up support also around to resolve any issues if needed.
