Ad as soon as we opened the game. After the ad we clicked play and an ad interrupted the start process and then took us back to the menu. Tried to click on "rate us" BOOM AD. Took us back to the menu. We didn't even get to play the game. The part that really grinds my gears is that it was part of a $4.99 purchase I made to get the full version of the game we were playing, plus other games and no ads. I had assumed that it meant all of the games would be the full version with no ads but apparently I paid five dollars for that one single game to have zero ads? We love the EdukittyPreschool game so I'm very dissatisfied with this game.

To Whom it may concern,
I rate you a zero. The reason being if, I knew that when I paid for this game that there were going to be other game commercials before and after the learning games that I had paid for, I would’ve never paid for the learning game. If your going to advertise a learning game that’s great but, if your going to advertise a game that’s unsuitable for my child that’s a whole different story . I think that you should remove those unsuitable games aka the cake game , the bubble game and many more like it..,

This review is specifically for the ad that runs on EduBirthdayPreschoolSurprise. EduBirthdayPreschoolSurprise itself is fun for my daughter and educational. I have no problem with the application itself. My complaint is specifically referring to the Kill Shot ad that runs every time EduBirthdayPreschoolSurprise starts. It's absolutely inappropriate for most children let alone a 4 year old. Advertisements should be monitored/censored. I'll be deleting EduBirthdayPreschoolSurprise until this issue is resolved which is unfortunate because my daughter loves it.

I purchased 2-3 Cubic Frog preschool games, but feel like deleting all because of the forced ads that play between games and you cannot X to get the kids back to their learning games until the inappropriate for toddlers game preview has ran in full. The ads are for games I don't want a toddler to see or play! Why does this company think it is okay for a two year to watch a shooting game preview called Kill Shot, to name one of the inappropriate game previews forced on a two year old between her preschool purchased game? She cries and gets confused when she can't get back to her preschool game. If I pay for a game I do so to prevent ANY ads for any other games, including another preschool game because I want the kids to be able to play without getting blocked by ads! and I don't think buying the entire bundle would stop ads as I did that before and still got forced game ads! It causes frustration to a toddler when they don't understand how to get back to their game and they accidentally push the buy now and wind up in apps to purchase and then parents have to get them back to their game. The cubic frog games themselves are cute and kids like them but these ads make me want to delete all cubic frog games completely!

Can’t get sound to work on any of your games.

You will pay for full access multiple times!! Billed multiple times and said that it will go across family sharing with ALL devices and it does not! We have had to pay again, and again, and now we’re trying to let my daughter play another game we paid for and it’s asking us to pay again!!!!! Horrible!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!! I love that my 3 year old can entertain himself with EduBirthdayPreschoolSurprise & feel as though he is accomplishing something every time EduBirthdayPreschoolSurprise gives positive encouragement! I wish that they wouldn't have so many of the games locked though he does bring it to me a lot asking to get the locked games.

My grandson, started playing this when he was 2 now he’s 10. My granddaughter, has been playing this game since she was 2. Now she’s 5 and still likes playing this game.

My grandson who is 2 and a half years old loves to play these Edu apps and has a blast. Very educational and interactive teaching him letters numbers shapes and colors. He has hours of fun and we are grateful for these educational tools to help him learn and grow. I suggest anyone wanting their children or grandchildren niece and nephews to be ahead of the game to download these helpful apps.

My little brother who is four years old loves, loves, loves EduBirthdayPreschoolSurprise. I feel he has a lot of fun with it. He is sooo proud after he finishes a task that he is frustrated with or he just doesn't get it, but he still loves it that he asks me every day to play it. He also has a good experience with his learning!!.
