I purchased the all the games but I switched to a different phone with the same email but my purchase wasn’t in. I have to repurchase the $3.99 I already had bought. Please how do u get ur purchase back?

I’ve struggled to find top notch preschool apps that are challenging and appropriate for learning and growing toddlers! It’s even harder with an older device with an older operating system - especially when I don’t want to give in and buy a newer device.

Customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve NEVER had such timely and effective communication with an app developer like this.

First off, I am new to the world of apps for my kids (2 & 4), but thanks to COVID I became way more open to this form of learning. And I have been extremely pleased!! My 4 year old was of course thrilled to be doing it, and I immediately recognized she knew way more than I thought when playing the games. I think because she was able to do it more independently, and not have me giving instructions. But I was especially surprised about my 2 year old (and she just turned 2)! She doesn’t care for tv, but loves the learning app. And she is now counting along to 10, doing repeat language with ABCs, and loves the shapes puzzles. Truly, for the cost this is a great value to get!

I have a baby brother which I thought I could help him get this game cause he doesn’t know the password I think this game is very good!!!!!! Because you learn many shapes and learn letters which is what you basically learn in kindergarten and preschool
Mostly in kindergarten which this is a very good game for my baby brother he still plays it! He has fun with it but my favorite part of the game is that you can tap the wrong answer over and over and the game sounds like it’s rapping lol!!! 😆 also If any of you are reading this this is good for kindergarten and preschool!

I downloaded PreschoolKindergartenGames for our 5 & 3 1/2 year olds. They love PreschoolKindergartenGames and played the two free games constantly, even though we also have ABC Mouse they prefer PreschoolKindergartenGames better. I decided to purchase the subscription that can be used for both our boys on separate devices. I had some issues getting the second App setup. Emailed customer support and Kevin dealt with my issue quickly without fuss and helped me get the second app working in no time. Great app and customer support highly recommended.

I had my 3 year old try out the free version and he loves it. I went ahead and purchased a year subscription because I thought it was worth it however, buyer beware IT DOES NOT transfer between devices even with apple account. This is a huge flaw because I purchased PreschoolKindergartenGames on my new phone and now he can only play the full version on my iPhone 13. I wanted him to be able to use it on my old iPad which has a super kid proof case and not nearly as expensive to replace. I already canceled the automatic renewal and frankly wish I could get my money back. Very disappointed.

I was looking for an app to help my 4 year old learn as he isn’t the age to start school yet. I cam across PreschoolKindergartenGames and he likes it and I liked it as well. But there were a few things I had an issue with.

con: The games are great for learning but It isn’t just for preschoolers. There are some sections that are hard for a preschooler. Ex. There is the rocket game that has them counting backward from 100. My son was just guessing because it was not a section that we covered. That is actually being taught to my daughter who is in kindergarten.

I would highly suggest organizing the games in sections depending on the learning level. Ex. Preschool level, kindergarten etc. That way it is specific to each individual’s level of learning.

Once again, thank you for making PreschoolKindergartenGames. We are grateful.

Free version was great so we decided to purchases the full version. Upon first purchases, worked fine, but subsequent opening of PreschoolKindergartenGames caused all to relock and won’t restore purchase despite PreschoolKindergartenGames Store showing it as a purchase. Tried to create an account via the link on App support, but the website keeps freezing. Basically spent $4 for the free version at this point.

Thank you for creating these apps! My boys love them! I tried it first to check it out and ended up purchasing for a full year, which gave me full access to all the grade levels! Also the progress reports are an awesome bonus.
They are all excellent learning apps with age appropriate learning—plus some advanced skills as well. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Decided to pay for one month of PreschoolKindergartenGames and my 5yr old is already understanding the difference between a consonant and vowel. As well as FINALLY counting with his fingers for addition. I love that it doesn’t stop asking the same kinds of questions to really drill it in his mind. PreschoolKindergartenGames is not a tapping app disguised as a learning one. I’m loving it so much already!

It is educational but you only get 2 GAMES!!!!!!!
I was thinking my little sister would be able to have fun and learn but then PreschoolKindergartenGames turned out to be stupid my sister will find one she likes and show me and I have to tell her she can’t do that one you need to pay to use it and I can’t bare to break her heart like that

My 5 year old twins love PreschoolKindergartenGames. Since school has been out I’ve used the lesson builder with them everyday. I’ve learned that if I give them 40 lessons 1 to 2 times per lesson that it last about an hour. I love seeing their progress and the advances they’ve made. As soon as we are ready I’ll be getting the first grade version!

I’m a 15 y/o who is extremely bored in quarantine. I downloaded PreschoolKindergartenGames along with a bunch of other preschool/kindergarten learning apps just for fun. PreschoolKindergartenGames is AMAZING. The shapes are so cute, and the colours are just beautiful. AND after my job-well-done I GOT TO CHOOSE A STICKER. I recommend this game to anyone of any age ever. Very very VERY fun.

I was really looking forward today to find a educational app for my baby brother. I found PreschoolKindergartenGames and tried it out, it keeps lagging and so much glitches, I found it difficult to use.

PreschoolKindergartenGames works great. No glitches, no drawbacks but, it isn’t the same when you just have 2 games. We also purchased all the games but PreschoolKindergartenGames says to purchase again to get the games. Other than that I feel happy that this game as good quality.

I purchased PreschoolKindergartenGames for my 3 year old and she absolutely loves it, She doesn’t want to stop playing it. I tried many app and this is the best by far. I highly recommend this, hands down!

This has great challenges for my 4yo! I was impressed with what he can already do and he loves playing all the games. I like that i can see how much he plays each game and how well he does at each one. I would recommend it to anyone.

My 4.5 gave it 4 stars because she sort of likes it. As a parent, I was disappointed with rocket game. It doesn’t vary or add any challenge once you passed it the first time. It’s just a repeat. We haven’t played all the games yet but enjoyed the alphabet & puzzle games.

My children both enjoy the games on iPhone and iPad. Lots of different games and activities that actually help their development. Also I had a question for support and they provided a solution same day.

Great app for learning letters and word/picture recognition. Lots of positive reinforcement and different games to play! Cute graphics and sound effects, recommended for keeping the little ones entertained and learning! Love it!!

Gets worse with each “update”. You used to be able to pick a game and it was that one game for the duration...now they’ve got so many changes going on in each game it’s not even focusing on what you want it to assess anymore.
They also have several screens where your child has to swipe through several screens to find the one object they specify. This is not child friendly anymore.

This is an excellent educational app! My kids love it and have learned a lot! Thanks! Definitely good for supporting learning.

This particular app grabbed my 2year olds attention immediately. She loves the colors and shapes and even a shape like Trapezoid does no deter her learning. I must admit I like be it also. Does not put ant limits on her learning.

This is very good game, lots of learning and fun! My 4y old luvs it. The subtraction section is her favorite. We tried so many games and this is the one she always goes back to it and enjoys playing.

My kids are highly entertained with PreschoolKindergartenGames. They are learning and don’t even know it. Totally worth the $3.99

Disappointing for the price. Not enough variety in games, same few words repeated over and over, subpar graphics, etc. My 4 year old is already over it after a few days-wish I could get a refund

Really fun and creative games. Challenges my grandkids and they LOVE to play them.
