Get Pricing Info for Slim ChickensToday - Nov. 19, 2023 my husband placed an online Order ID 3145095691876378 at 5:45 pm with a time ready response of 5:55pm for a Grab N Go Pack 10 ct GRILLED tenders, side of potato salad, side of coleslaw & 4 pieces of Texas toast. He arrived at 6:00 pm for pickup and was told they had not received the order - he showed them his phone and the time placed. The order arrived at 6:15 pm with FRIED tenders which he sent back and waited 15 more minutes to get the GRILLED tenders - however; there was no TEXAS toast and the shift manager responded he didn't see it on the order. Unfortunately, NO apololgy was offered - the slaw was horrible, which we threw away - therefore he paid $27.65 for grilled tenders and potato salad and waited 50 MINUTES. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and very poor management. Hopefully, I will receive a response.
I lived in Pensacola and the slim chickens manager there are very rude and nasty they need to close down.
I have used the app to order food deliveray 5 times just this week I get an error when I try and get food delievered to the house. I have removed and readded my address. I tried on the online website with same results. The error I get is Warning We’re sorry, but your delivery destination is either outside of our delivery range or a driver isn’t available at this time. Please try again in a few minutes or place your order for pick-up. These are both BS answers. I am 4.4miles away. FIx this issue! Doodrdash support told me to adjust my location on thier website... Interesting enough I can order through Door Dash site but it cost more money.
Yes,I sent an e- mail to the headquarters of slim chickens,a couple of weeks ago.I e-mailed a bad review.My husband and I had already been 3 times to the new one in Madison,Al..It was very good.The 4th time,not good at all,I sent a review in,and whoever read the review said they were very sorry,and was sending me,a $40.00 gift card to make up for that.I thought that was so nice!I never received it.I mean even if they had said Slim Chickens would make it up by 2 free meals,that would have been nice,but thought I'd receive something by now,anyway if we don't receive what the manager said,at least don't offer it!

I like to save time with anything I do. I tried to order a Buffalo sandwich meal, but I couldn’t order it the way I wanted it. I can get it with no ranch Mayo, but I can’t add just regular ranch. I also can’t get extra items such as pickles, lettuce or fried onions, but I can pay for cheese. Due to this, I had to go through drive-thru and had to wait for my food. From the time I ordered to the time I received my food, it took about 18 to 20 minutes. I understand that preparation takes time, but if I could’ve ordered it they way I wanted to for pickup, then my food would’ve been ready when I arrived. Please adjust your app to make it easier to make adjustments to our orders!!!!!!

The employees are super unfriendly! I have absolutely no idea why I come here the location on 19th & University is a better location! It is literally 6:40pm on a Monday night & I had 4 8 wing orders & they literally told me they were out of wings! There’s a line of cars & it’s still 5 and a half hours before close & there’s no wings! The fact that I continue to come to this location is mind blowing it’s 2 minutes from my home however I will not visit this location again! Try new employees with better attitudes & willing to work!

This app used to be great. Quick and easy to order but now it’s ridiculously slow. It takes so long to make any selection that it’s not worth using. I can’t even view my rewards in less than 5 minutes. The receipt scanner for rewards used to be super fast in almost any light conditions. Now in bright light it almost never works. I don’t know what happened, but the changes have made the app progressively worse over the past year. Please fix or just roll back to a previous version so that it works again!
