How to fix PermisPts app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PermisPts app on iPhone
Update PermisPts app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PermisPts iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PermisPts on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PermisPts network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PermisPts Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PermisPts not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PermisPts App
1. On android, goto Settings » PermisPts » click [Force Stop]

Update PermisPts to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PermisPts App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PermisPts » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PermisPts.

Fix PermisPts unable to contact server/ PermisPts internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PermisPts » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PermisPts » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
