Correspondence does not open nor is there an option to download and open with a pdf viewer app (iPhone 8Plus).
When trying to use the tech support chat within the app, they told me to call instead, when I called, they told me to use a different device. I let them know that this was the only device I had access to at the moment and recommended I drive to the library or Health Services office to use their computer. 🤦♀️
Ummm, what’s the point?? I figured that after a year or two they would have this bug figured out.

I’m sure this would be a great app if it would actually let me sign in. Every time I try to sign in it send me to a blank white screen. So I tried to change my password thinking maybe I put it in wrong, nope it sent me right back the blank white screen. I even waited thinking maybe it’s loading 5 minutes later same white screen. I guess I’ll just keep trying every day until it actually works. But until then it’s useless.

If you want to find out what your specific coverage is on Medicaid, you won’t find it here. Even with all the information in you, going to the benefits page is useless because it doesn’t tell you what your specific benefits are. I tried to find out why my long term care was suspended and there wasn’t even a subject on this, let alone anything that specifically applied to me. It’s only good for generic information you can get online anywhere.
