So I heard about it from a friend , she told me to download it so I’ll get a gift card and also a bunch of promotions, I love to give to my family gift cards for every moment and I Can’t, basically I can’t link any of my 3 bank accounts that I have, also I tried to pay with Apple Pay and they locked my account!!!! I was so so sad , keep trying to contact support which is horrible because I want my problems being solve and get gift card for my family members they are not even near me. I tried and I haven’t heard anything back, I wish they can have another company link our bank account or at least answer my emails. Also having a phone customer service so they can solve this issues quick , so so so so dissatisfied and dissatisfied

A friend of mine sent me a gift card and I instantly downloaded Bitmo . Bitmo had texted my number and told me about the gift.. I attempted to sign up using both my email and my Facebook accounts.. when it gets to my phone number I get an error that says something went wrong enter number again. I’ve tried nearly 20 times. It won’t work. I even tried “forgot password” to be sure no other users existed with my phone number ... still couldn’t sign up.

Thank you so much for being such a thoughtful company! Not only is it east to access and send gift cards to loved ones! You guys have been giving back to those who are currently working front line during this crazy time! Thank you for blessing my sister who’s a health care provider with a gift card. I discovered Bitmo on IG and downloaded it right away! I loved how I got a gift card for $5 and was able to exchange it for another $5 gift card right away! I sent a few to my friends which was cool cause it looked like I sent it to them. I can’t wait to use this for the holidays to send friends and family gift cards! Im hoping they have a referral program soon so we can get some money or points for sending Bitmo to our friends!

Downloaded Bitmo before the holiday season and had a great experience purchasing gift cards for family and friends. I think the best part is there is no physical gift card to have to worry about losing and it’s super easy to exchange a gift card for another store if you want! They had an amazing Black Friday gift card sale that saved me $20 bucks! I will be using this app for all my gift card purchases.

Earlier I had JUST rated Bitmo , upset that I hadn't gotten my gift card for signing up. A few hours later, I received an email and the giftcard. I just want to express the excitement i have for Bitmo. THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ❤️ Thank you guys so much for my gift card. I also always tell my customers at the fast food joint I work at about Bitmo and they all love it. Thanks this app !! Keep doing what you're doing !

I just signed up for this app with their new promo that gives you $5 to gift when you sign up. I had my son sign up and we were able to gift each other $5. Awesome! They also have amazing customer service. I can’t wait to start using Bitmo with my friends. What a great idea. Thanks this app 😊👍🏻

I signed up because I heard it was good.
I was then asked to connect to my bank?? like?? okay. so, I did. I read good reviews and heard good things so I didn’t think too much about it. As soon as it connected, it said my account was linked with another account. Like? I have never downloaded Bitmo and nobody knows my information. Now, it’s not letting me sign it.
It keeps signing me out and I didn’t even get an email saying I signed up. Waste of time. Don’t let these reviews fool you.

Received a text to sign up with my phone number from a promo from Instagram, and after countless tries it won’t allow me to sign up stating that the mobile carrier could not be identified and to try again later.

It rlly works I got $25 gift card but there one reason why I didn’t give Bitmo a 5 star and that’s because they have this thing where u invite 5 friends and get $50, I invited 5 friends but still didn’t receive the $50 I am kinda upset bout that but despite that it’s a pretty good app

I just downloaded Bitmo and so far it’s great! I love how easy it is to use and am looking forward to getting all my friends to sign up! The selection of stores is great and there really is something for everyone!

I’ve been attempting to create an account all day since I saw the Ad on Instagram from the Sephora gift card reward and had no luck. It says “sorry but we are unable to complete your request” and to email support when I enter my phone number. Unfortunately I did so, followed the steps I was given and am still unable to create an account. So it’s a bummer because Bitmo seemed awesome and now I’m missing out on this awesome promo and also exchanging a gift card I had.

It’s a great app when it works. I always have a hard time signing in. My husband can’t even sign up because Bitmo crashes after he enters his phone number. I have enough to get another gift card but I can’t even log in because it says “no internet connection “ but I’m connected to the internet? So idk.. kinda bummed out at the moment.

I understand the need for security, though I feel they should implement an alternative method for signup for those with carriers who do not support automatic verification. It seems odd that because I chose to save money by choosing an affordable carrier (Consumer Cellular, runs on AT&T network), I am prevented from using Bitmo to save money on gift card purchases. Creating a barrier to participation for legitimate customers seems like a pretty significant sacrifice to make in the name of security.

I signed up with my Facebook account. They did not let me connect to my Capital One bank account at the login page, and then I tried to connect another American Express, they let me go through the login, selected my card, then popped up the message “We could not connect your account at this time....” and then kicked me out of their app.

I have had Bitmo for a week or less and already have 3 separate $5 gift cards for doing basically nothing but downloading and referring someone else

App requests phone number, but does not send text. “Error” pops up asking for mobile data to be on (it is).... tried both on and off WiFi, and same error. Unfortunately even logging in via FB, they require the phone number step.

Not sure what’s going on but can’t sign in. Everytime I login it keeps asking me to login again. Deleted and redownloaded with no luck. Not sure if this has happened to others. Cool app otherwise.

I got an email that my cards from one bank needed to be reconnected. That’s fine. Plaid seems to be working, my bank sends me emails confirming the reconnection, but then this app keeps looping back to the bank app instead of confirming the account. Please fix this. These cards are the ones I use the most, making this app effectively useless to me as long as this issue persists.
