i’m very frustrated with BankoftheWest it used to work great but now it is always saying I don’t have connectivity. Which is not true. Please update your app to keep up with technology!

I really like BankoftheWest, it does what it’s supposed to do. I had no problem with BankoftheWest until I accidentally deleted it & had to re-download it. Now when I open BankoftheWest it says ‘you do not have network connectivity..’. My WiFi connection is working perfectly. When I turn my WiFi off & use my data, the page won’t load. If they can fix this then I’d rate 5 stars.

I really enjoy the Bank of the West mobile app. It is user friendly and allows quick access to important information. You can review account balances, view recent transactions, and create transfers between the accounts, which is really all you need from a banking app!
