2FileUI is so so slow! You can try to hit a button and it will say “please wait” then go right back to the menu. So you hit the button again and it will do the same thing over and over. Then after about 8 minutes, it finally is loading the page you pushed the first time and it pops up once for each time you pushed the button. So now you have to wait for it to pop up 20 times before you can do anything. The website is slow, but it is 100x faster than this worthless app. Don’t even bother.

I’m very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail in the production of 2FileUI. It’s almost as bad as the website. However the website attempts to put way too much info in your face, all at one time while 2FileUI has limited options. Once an option is clicked the loading circle appears then disappears and doesn’t load another screen. Turns out it’s still loading but somehow the loading circle is gone leaving me to believe it didn’t work correctly. A few minutes later my phone almost freezes up as 2FileUI attempts to load multiple sections at the same time

I struggle to give 2FileUI three stars. It takes forever to load, continually says there’s been an error with connection and once connected hardly ever opens what I need. It’s more condensed than the actual site which is great for navigating, etc but I’m going to delete it anyway because it just doesn’t work effectively. Considering the amount of people that need this and would benefit from it, it’s a shame they can’t make it work better.

Twice now i was putting in my work searches and outcomes, all including addresses, website info, etc. and when i reached the end i would try to submit it and a pop up appears telling me that the session has expired! But it lets me put in all this info about the 3 to 5 places i had applied and submitted my resume to, and at the very end lets me know that i had to start ALL over again because my “session” had expired and no info was submitted after all. That is VERY irritating, especially when you have a deadline. They can refuse your payment from their office for that week if you submit this later than that deadline.

I wish 2FileUI was faster, but it is very easy to file weekly certifications and check correspondences. If the speed could improve, that would be great! Also, 2FileUI allows you to fill out a certification completely after being logged out for a while, but doesn’t tell you you need to log back in until you’ve completed your task. As a result, you have to log back in & do the process all over.

2FileUI is convenient when it works properly. While filing your 3 work searches for the previous week it will sometimes ask you for more than 3 or 4 work searches and will not go on to the next step. You only need to fill out three. Also 2FileUI will knock you out sometimes and you have to go back in and start all over. If those little glitches could be fixed it would be rated higher for me.

App has quite a few glitches. It is however a million times better than trying to call in. It took me over 6 weeks to get signed up because the website has way too much info. 2FileUI is very simple and requires very little info but it takes multiple attempts to get 2FileUI to accept the info entered.

Sometimes it’s laggy, but I understand the amount of people trying to access it! Not bad, just keep working with it! To the people that’s frustrated, give it some time and go back to it in a couple hours; that definitely beats being on the phone for hours waiting!

Their are some very annoying issues with 2FileUI that need to be fixed (which is a very ignorant statement given I know nothing about designing apps..), but I do know that other apps work much better without resetting all the time and without having to do a weird login process and other minor issues..it may just be that 2FileUI doesn’t integrate with iOS very well just yet, I’m not sure..But I do know that it is a good app and it’s a good foundation and it can be great, just needs a little work

It was easier to file on here, but still confusing because of the wording where it asks if you have contacts to enter. When there are clearly Work searches there. It should be phrased differently such as “are there any additional work searches you would like to enter in addition to the ones in your work log”?

2FileUI makes it so much easier than having to sit on the phone and wait sometimes for hours just to be able to put in my weekly claims every now and then there’s a glitch and it won’t let me go past the first five questions it’ll tell me that I have to answer question one but question one will be answered but usually if I keep pushing and keep pushing eventually it will go to the next section where I put my Social Security number in and sign it and then complete it but besides that 2FileUI has not been any kind of problems it’s helped me out tremendously I’ve looked for jobs through 2FileUI and I’m just thankful that we have it

Love 2FileUI but as of lately it’s been taking me a long time thought the day to submit my claim logging in is fine but when it come time to answer questions and submit my claim it takes a while like the system need to be updated it’s very frustrating to have to keep trying all day not knowing if you gonna be able to submit it for that day. Please update app soon!!!!!!!!

Overall I am satisfied with 2FileUI the only correction that I see that needs to be made is it takes the system a while to start after you choose the option you want in the menu. I have a iPhone 8 Plus and it has been updated so it has to be 2FileUI . Other than that 2FileUI is very handy and saves you overall a lot of time and it’s convent and easy. Good job

The main problem I have is it doesn’t save your work search “journal” for you to use as a reference. I think it would be quite beneficial for the job seeker (myself) to have all of my work searches in one place. Maybe it is too much data for the server to hold all in one place but at the least there could be an offer to export the file elsewhere. Otherwise it’s a must have for filing your weekly certification.

App is convenient but has some glitches, when first logging on, you have to keep pressing a feature several times before it will open and when it does open, it opens multiple times. Filing weekly certifications is easy but I also agree there should be some type of way we should be able to see jobs that we applied for in the past as a reference, if we need to go back and check and see if we have applied for that company before.

2FileUI is very convenient and easy to use. There are some areas that need some attention. When filing weekly certs, the options are either yes or no. Perhaps a different selection or pop up after entering the three required searches. Also, link to website would be nice as well as perhaps incorporate job search into 2FileUI . Access to previous files weeks would be a definite change, not to edit but simply reference. Otherwise, 2FileUI is worth using. Thanks.

2FileUI is a good start, but Mississippi we got to do better we already got to find work where there are not as many jobs. It’s still post pandemic, online functions improperly for no reason. No customer service. Changing of the numbers. No type of urgency for your own people.
I hope this is just a start for what is to come because it could be so simple.

What’s not to like? Fast, easy, brief. I assume there are safeguards in place other than my telling you I didn’t work. Our country and our state are helping out with taxpayers’ taxes but we all know that’s not infinite. People want and need to try to get back to work. Working beats sitting around. People didn’t evolve by sitting around. We evolved by working hard. That’s how we will continue to improve our stay on earth.

I’m very disappointed with the glitches in this ap. Majority of the time it’s unavailable or gives you an alert about high volume of usage. I’m very reluctant to attempt to use it after having to put my info in more than 3 times. I answer all the questions, it shows the answers but the ap will say I missed number 1. This ap has some malfunctions and is not always friendly.

2FileUI is valuable for those that do not have access to a laptop. You can do almost everything. Some things you cannot see and have to use the laptop but overall for filing weekly claims it does the job.

I appreciate 2FileUI . It makes it much easier and quicker to enter your information! However it keeps crashing! Please fix bugs and app will be great! I will give 5 stars once fixed! Crashes 90% of the time and its frustrating! It keeps taking me back to the login screen. Fix fix fix or I'm deleting!!!!

The application does help, but it’s severely lags whenever you select an option. Sometimes you have to wait up to 10 seconds after pressing a button for it to go to the next screen. If you happened to press it multiple times it opens up that next screen more than once.

Very convenient but would be helpful for reference if we could look back on the prior info we recorded. Also if there were other more appropriate choices for certain types of work such as fill in or temp.. just a thought. Otherwise easy and convenient.

Surprisingly 2FileUI is nearly perfect. It makes filing extremely quick and easy and is very convenient. My only complaint is that it’s slow to switch screens from the home menu. If it were faster I’d have no complaints.

The work search criteria and the choices available do not match. There is no option available to simply record the jobs you’ve searched for.

Very useful App. Makes weekly filing easier for an already stressful situation when you are without a job and income. The page asking about job applications is unclear. Maybe when yes is selected, state how many applications are showing already for the week. I was uncertain about pressing the arrow to move forward.

I’m impressed with 2FileUI ! Call-ins are time consuming for the MDES staff, and i just couldn’t get along with the previous MDES website, i tried many times but it just wouldn’t let me in for some reason. I downloaded 2FileUI a couple weeks ago and just used it for the first time. Thanks for a Better system!

2FileUI is quick and convenient. I also like that you don’t have to wait to document your work search.

It's convenient but it needs a little work it kicks me out two or three times before I can actually get through the certification process!!

The first week I used this was very confusing! Now that I understand how to use it, it is user friendly! Thanks for helping those of us who need the help!
