Third class app full of bugs with Third class support staff

Third class app full of bugs with Third class support staff.
Online video consultation non functional. Consultation request ticket opened more than 12 hours ago. Doctor was not responding. And absconding. No response at all. Ticket is still open and not re-assigned to anyone.
Buggy app Not giving me any options to choose any other doc or assign someone else.
Ticket still open with no action or consultation !!!
What the non sense app it is.
Then i called the support center and they said this doc is available after 7 pm. call again after 6:30
There is no provision to assign in advance or book appointment.
Not sure why they assign non available doc?
Why open ticket with no action for 14 hours is not monitored.
Why scheduling is not possible ?
Why the customer should call again and again wasting time because of your FULLY NOJ FUNCTIONAL APP????
And then finally that $tupif guy closed the consultation permanently without any action!!!!
Overall, highly pathetic and mis-managed app!
Lack of any support!!!
Poor Business Etiquette

I wish I could sue the company for this. Their marketing calls come before the actual doctor calls. Addressing their business needs are taking priority to patients needs. The timings that they mention are not the timing that the doctors calls. The doctor calls and closes the case by the time you are done with work and catching up on your phone messages. There is no wait period of 3 days like mentioned. Do not use this app.
Issue with the APP and customer support too

I would love to give negative rating If there is an option.
When I raise the app issue with the booking by calling customer care and requested them to book over the call they said they are not seeing the slots that I see in the app at their end. They asked to write an email to customer support. When I sent an email I got the acknowledgment that it will resolve in 24 hours but, till last 30 hours no one reached out me or responded over email.
What a worst service this has.
App issue also raised over the email, there also no reply.
I feel the apps created by students are so far better than this.
