I have had the GoodRx Gold for 11 months and have never used it. I am finding it impossible to find a way to cancel. I go to HTTPSGOLD.GOOCA and when I click on it I am told the Web page is not good. What do I need to do to cancel? You folks probably have a good program but with: (1) My retirement insurance (2) My new Medicare Advantage Program and (3) The discount my family Pharmacist persona good friend gives me I no longer need it. I have paid you folks $109.89 and cannot continue to financially pay this and not use it.

I need to cancel my good rX Gold Card as it does not save me any money. The cost on my scripts are always higher trying to use it. Plus for the meds I got it to use for I’m told I need to have is. In order to use the good rx card. If this is the case, then it’s pointless to have it! Please cancel my monthly subscription effective 11/1/21…. Thank you

Recently I requested a prescription for ED medication for healthier sexual relations. After revealing personal information and credit card access, I was denied. Obviously, I have used this medication before so it was more than an insult to be disqualified for my age with excellent health and taking no other medications. Now my credit card is also burdened with my blunder. May we resolve this, our situation amiable, thank you.

I also wanted to add that the prices with the free GoodRx card for about the same as the Gold RX card. So to pay extra a month to get no savings makes no sense. Besides them charging me double every month, that's another reason why I don't want this so-called benefit anymore. It was a good savings with the free card until I found a pharmacy that was willing to honor the same prices without using the card. They just didn't accept the card there. But I've transferred everything over to them and they deliver, so I'm good now and do not need the card nor the double charge every month.

I no longer need my gold RX card. They charge me twice every month for a total of almost $12. I've been on the phone with them to try to get it straightened out and then they'll say it's fixed and then one month it'll only get charged once but then the next month I get to charges. I'm tired of having to call them and on top of that I have gotten a pharmacy to honor their prices even though they don't accept the good RX card. They also deliver which is a plus for me. So obviously I don't need the card anymore but more importantly the fact that they've been charging me twice every month and I need to get on the phone to my bank and spend hours on hold while they research it is really aggravating!
