Very very bad quality products specially clothes
If I can give this app a zero... I would do that!! Very bad quality clothes! It looks fancy and more elegant on the pictures but it’s awful and cheap! Like papers!! You wonder why all these sales on the app!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 also the sizing on the app is on Chinese people!! So don’t trust it!! Very bad job working on the app!! very disappointing!!! Thanks JollyChic for eating my money!! That’s what you want!! All these ads on Snapchat just for that! You guys don’t believe all these answers from the developer when they contact you to email them to solve the problem!! They don’t solve anything! They basically going to tell you what they told you already on the app! 👎🏼 very bad service!!

No trust anymore
I’ve been ordering since 2017, and for some reason when the item is out of stock (which i have ALREADY PAID for it) they send a different product instead. Isn’t that theft? It didn’t happen once but 7 TIMES already! and i guess there is a return FEE... I swear i’m not ordering again since they’re going to steal my money any way. I won’t order from a shop I can never trust. انا قعدت اطلب من التطبيق من ٢٠١٧، ولسبب ما لمن يخلص المنتج (اللي انا طلبته ودفعت ثمنه خلاص) يقومو يرسلولي منتج ثاني مختلف. هذا الشيء حصلي ٧ مرات. واتوقع انو لازم ادفع رسوم الارجاع. سلامات؟؟ انا دافعة فلوس وهما سارقيني عيني عينك. المهم انا ما انصح اي احد يطلب منه لأنه ما عندهم امانه

So disappointing!
This app is offering a free shipping charge when you ordered in an exceeding amount they required, at least that what the app said 🙄🙄 so I placed and confirmed an order worth 497sr expecting therell be no delivery/shipping fee anymore. but i still paid for the shipping fee. As a new user the App asked me to choose for a gift and obviously itll be for free and i chose an earpod but when shipment arrived No “Free gift” included!!! It is extremely unaccepted to be of such expectations and get disappointed. We patronizing your product because of the good offers and promotions. We pay as we order. We desserve a fair treatment.
