For some reason I have been getting emails saying my account is inactive. So I try to get it reactivate and it tells me I have to download Nicequest which is already on my phone. I don’t know what is going on but you guys need to fix it. I’ve been with you guys for a long time and never had a problem till recently

I would not waste your time even sighing up!! I had 46 "shells" for opening my account and answering my initial questions and for clicking my email. Then it said if I followed them on Facebook I'd get 300 more "shells". Not only did I not get them but after several emails customer service never answered me!! I have had Nicequest on my phone for over a month and not a single opportunity to earn points.

Got enough shells to redeem for gift card it always says temporary unavailable was wondering if there will be any soon tried to contact through Nicequest and email and it won't let me please help thank you

Please help me 😔 I accident delete my email account I was using for this app and when I Buy something in this app I tell me that it sends some kind message to my email that I didn’t have anymore.

It has been over a year that I’ve tried to access this setting on my phone app, or iPad, and once I hit it; Nicequest freezes and never allows me to set it up for mobile data or manage my active devices...
I’m sure it’s a big that I have reported several times on email, but they don’t fix it.

Reviewed this about a year ago. Items are still scarce. I have no desire to keep doing surveys with there never being anything new or exciting. When I first got Nicequest I loved it and would be excited to save up for items. Still holding out hope that itll be better but super close to getting rid of Nicequest

Why can’t I see words on Nicequest ? I fell like this may be a scheme because this product keeps fighting against me every step of the way. Can you fix Nicequest please?

Would be cool if there were servers and Nicequest wasn't blank. When I push the button it's in a complete different language, and I am unable to change it. Please fix this.

First it doesn’t have my gift( water bottle) and also Nicequest won’t install. I’m thinking I’m not going to stall anything.

I’ve used this for quite some time but only received enough surveys to get 1 gift and after awaiting so long for additional surveys to cash out again, I instead may just delete my profile.

Half of the gift cards are unavailable, every single time, no matter what the day or time. I've been checking back for over a week. AND I've gotten my initial survey offered to me, and not a single one ever again. Wish I had a way to make more shells.

this app has good prizes, I have received a WaterPix flosser (something that I have wanted for a while, but was out of my price range). It took forever to receive my gift- a couple days of emailing their support staff (who were very kind and easy to work with) and I finally got word that my gift was delivered to some random fedex shop in the heart of downtown (what?). My biggest complaint is that premium nicestats will disable Pokémon Go unless you are connected to WiFi. Pokémon go is one of the top ten reasons why I have an expensive iPhoneXR, and the point of Pogo is to be out in the world, not in your house with your WiFi connection. I thought I had turned off nicestats after reading their help section that said “we know that it doesn’t work with some apps, lol tough luck I guess”, but I guess it re-configured and I can’t get it to turn off. I am visiting my hometown and I have friends that are expecting me to play Pokémon go this weekend with them, and I can’t.

Only having 2 problems.
1) no surveys
2) when I bring up Nicequest , it's in another language. It won't change

Don’t believe reviews - I’ve gotten new surveys every week and Applebee’s gift card rewards always Work , I’ve gotten 3 already

I have been doing reviews almost weekly for a year now and have gotten 3 nice prizes from it (a scale, a serving tray, and a set of cutting boards). I really enjoy Nicequest and it is easy to use.

When I click on a survey, nothing comes up and it’s blank. It’s been doing that for weeks.

this app is and has been part of my life for over Ten years. They are the best in the survey industry! Up front and reliable if you’re seriously thinking about survey taking this app will take care but if you’re not upfront with them look elsewhere! Thank You this app for so many excellent years!
