1 year agounable to contact via help centre . been with them for 8 years and still it would take at least another 10 years to be able to redeem. as amazon offers vouchers for as little as £1, there is no need to only offer £50 or£100, i am certain this site is a scam and will contact the appropriate ombudsman to look into nicequest

2 years agoI have been trying to get hold of Nicequest but I have had no luck and have been waiting on a reply for a long time. I’ve tried to request to change my email address that I have on Nicequest as I have forgotten my password and my old email is currently not accessible and therefore I can’t login and wish to change my email but I haven’t heard back from anyone at all for the past few weeks.

For some reason I have been getting emails saying my account is inactive. So I try to get it reactivate and it tells me I have to download the app which is already on my phone. I don’t know what is going on but you guys need to fix it. I’ve been with you guys for a long time and never had a problem till recently

Please help me 😔 I accident delete my email account I was using for nicequest and when I Buy something in nicequest I tell me that it sends some kind message to my email that I didn’t have anymore.
