Hi I'm trying to enroll in the webster mobile app and keep getting an error message and will not let me enroll.
I cannot log on to my Webster account though the updated yellow app. I can login the throw the website but not the app I keep getting an error message We are unable to validate your information Please try again or check that your login information is set up correct. I have been to my local bank and they tell me when I log in they can see that I logged in but I cannot get by this error message I even let the teller try to log in and the received the same error massage They had me uninstall the app and reinstall the app and it is still not working HELP!
