Hello I can login the the web but not the app I went to our local bank and they also couldn't login with the app. I have the latest app its yellow in color

Why did Webster have to revamp the mobile app? First of all, it’s dark in black and white with no color. Everything listed in the list of the checking account had the name of the merchant. For pending transactions, unless you keep track of your transactions, you won’t know what is what. I had to change my password to something really long. I’m constantly having to sign back in. That’s very annoying when I have to do my bills and I’m looking here and there and I have to keep signing in. The Zelle feature isn’t working correctly and no one has been able to help me. I’m very frustrated and angry. I don’t like this mobile banking app at all. You can’t look up old statements or anything. Awful app.

I’m not sure what was the reason for a whole new all instead of updating the current one we had. Not only did I have to download a new app, once I downloaded it i noticed one of my accounts wasn’t showing on the app or website. Of course I called and was on the phone for 1hour only to be disconnected with who ever was trying to help me. I repeated my self about a 100 times stating that both the app and the website are missing one of my accounts the person helping wasn’t useful and now have to waist more time going to the bank to fix the problem. By the way depositing checks on the new App unbelievably frustrating.

The old app was basic but at least it worked. First check I tried to deposit using the new app, I got an approval message everything looked good, and now a day later the bank has no record of the deposit whatsoever. It’s not a pending transaction, it’s just completely gone.
Tried to make another deposit and I got an error saying I’m trying to exceed the maximum cumulative daily deposit amount. So I just can’t pay my mortgage I guess.
Don’t use this until they work the bugs out. Unfortunately they already killed the old app.
