How to fix CppCode app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CppCode app on iPhone
Update CppCode app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CppCode iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CppCode on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CppCode network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CppCode Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CppCode not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CppCode App
1. On android, goto Settings » CppCode » click [Force Stop]

Update CppCode to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CppCode App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CppCode » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CppCode.

Fix CppCode unable to contact server/ CppCode internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CppCode » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CppCode » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CppCode
