To register it tells you login credentials are needed. Great! It sends an automated email requesting them that gets lost in limbo never to be replied to. Great! Call my supplier who MySleepCoach is for repeatedly tell them the situation and they think it’s user error. Repeatedly request a call back from their “IT”, they say sure thing boss!- call back never comes. MySleepCoach and the supplier are the absolute worst. Neither company replied to emails or calls and is never around to answer their phones. This is a waste of space in MySleepCoach Store and honestly should get deleted by Apple as it is absolutely useless. Not even being dramatic.

Try to order supplies but on the next page it asks questions but can’t see them. They’re either not there or overlapping one another. You can’t complete your order therefore useless. Have to call in order now. This would be a good app if these issues were taken care of.

Many features dont work, even the ‘next’ button on edit profile. Seems like they just gave up on MySleepCoach. But they will expire your password instead of using two factor auth, like the government security guidance suggests

I’m having the same issue as several others; I downloaded MySleepCoach and attempted to create an account. No matter how many times I’ve tried, it will not allow me to. It is a complete waste of time! I can’t even get logged in! How do they expect us to use MySleepCoach ?

If I could give less than 1 Star, I would! MySleepCoach is worthless! I have been trying to use it for months without success. Can’t login, can’t get it reset and sends me blank emails. Please stop advertising MySleepCoach to people as a way to order supplies or anything else. If this is their only choice, they are in trouble!

MySleepCoach is pointless. I just get error messages for no legitimate reason, when trying to order. What’s the point in having MySleepCoach if it can’t be properly used? Please fix your app, I know you see how low your score is. You have plenty of room for improvement.

If this company insists on you ordering through MySleepCoach then the company should be able to notify me of problems with the order. Every time I order a couple days later I get an email saying to call. Making the use of MySleepCoach a huge waste of time.

I don't know what's going on but nothing about MySleepCoach or the site works. I cannot get logged in, links to setup MySleepCoach or reset passwords come back as "link is no longer valid". I am an app and website developer and this just isn't right. I will be recommending to my CPap supplier that they get some other tool for this.

Tried to log back in, and received a password error… which seems unlikely, since the password was saved in the iOS password app, but whatever, I’ll reset it… except the password reset tool doesn’t work, no email is sent. No help/support/contact option

Keeps prompting me to reset my password even though it was just reset according to MySleepCoach in February. But when I try to change the password the keyboard blocks the fields so you can’t tap on the second field to enter the new password again. When you try to hit done nothing happens and you can’t lower the keyboard. Useless.

Signed up 3 months ago… Just went to use it and it wants me to change my password, unfortunately, the keyboard blocks the submit button making it impossible to change the password and thus impossible to use MySleepCoach . When you click on the support link, it simply opens MySleepCoach taking you back to the same problem

After a minimum 5 attempts and speaking to customer service twice along with customer service typing my password into their records to create a registration for me, I still cannot gain access to MySleepCoach or the website application. Customer service doesn’t know why it doesn’t work. Get the error message “invalid username/password combination”. App is a complete failure. Beginning to think it is a scam.

These app needs major improvements. I haven’t been able to see anything past the login screen for a few days now. I can’t see status or my order or anything & I've tried deleting and reinstalling app. Even when it did work, MySleepCoach is fidgety and a pain to use. I also can’t order filters only, I have to order like a whole set of things which doesn’t make sense because the reorder period for those items is very different.

I tried creating an account and it does nothing. Immediately got a call from them and they left a voicemail with only a number to call back. Called back and spent 20 min on the phone for them to tell me they don’t service my medical supplier even though their app is specifically the way my supplier told my to order and gave me a pamphlet with their info. I was told i had to speak to another department. I asked to have the number to call them and instead they hung up on me. Boy oh boy I pity whoever deals with these inadequate humans.

I have downloaded MySleepCoach . received 2 phone calls that resulted in 2 time sensitive emails (because I told the caller I was on the way out and couldn’t deal with it at the time. I wasn’t notified the email was time sensitive) i did a password reset and now each time I log in, I receive another email instructing me how to download MySleepCoach . again. I already have MySleepCoach but it lets me go no further than another email when I attempt to log in. There has to be an easier way!!! MySleepCoach is terrible and NOT at all user friendly!!

I’ve tried for a couple of days to create an account but it doesn’t do anything. After I fill all my information in, for a split second, [loading] flashes on the screen but then nothing. I’ve tried it connected to the internet as well as cellular, but it makes no difference. I was excited when I learned there was an app available, but it’s believe me, it’s nothing but frustration. It won’t even let me post there’s a problem or click the [doesn't work] button. I would say Don’t Bother unless they can a get it working. Such a shame.

It simply doesn’t work. When you try to to register it sends a link to your email to set your password. When you follow the link it takes you back to the registration page, in an endless loop. Contacting Performance Home Medical, the provider, is hopeless. They never respond.

Hard to get MySleepCoach too work,I had a hard time just getting set up after filling in each required fill to register the account and still couldn’t create a account.
Once created now It want open again.
MySleepCoach needs work on it so patients want have such a problem

The bones of a good app are here once you get through the cumbersome login process. You are able to reorder supplies and track shipping progress. Another issue is there is no identifying feature on MySleepCoach itself to let you know what you are trying to log into when you return to it. To clarify, MySleepCoach has a design on it but I don’t access it often enough to remember what that means. When I select MySleepCoach it just asks for login id and password but it doesn’t provide any indication of what you are logging into. So, if you don’t remember what the design on MySleepCoach icon means, then you likely won’t know what you are logging into and which login to use. Once they clean up the initial log in process and the return login/app identifier, it will be much more user friendly.

Great app for updates on your resupply orders from my provider, who uses this platform.
I am able to send my provider documents, live chat with coaches who can answer all my questions among several other great features.
