Spam calls after installing this

Too many robo calls and spam calls from past 3 days, no idea if they used my information. Be careful with this one coz this is the only new app I installed. I haven’t done anything else on my phone or given my phone number anywhere else.

Do not install this

I installed this application so that Nordictrack could inspect equipment that had failed. They used it to invent a reason to void the guarantee

Anyone using VisualSupport? How do you use a sms to initiate? Would like to use to help mother with her iPhone remotely. Could it be use for this scenario?

Good app

But need something for my deaf patients!!

Easy to use app

I installed this application so NordicTrack could inspect a failed monitor for my treadmill that was still under warranty. The application worked fine with no issues.

I could see how NordicTrack might use this to not send out unnecessary parts, but also catch people abusing or doing things outside the manufacture warranty.

Seems legit

Nordictrack used this to help troubleshoot an issue I was having. Was suspicious initially but worked great and made the process much quicker and a whole lot easier.
