App has been force closing for weeks! (4 now)
Despite removing MetroCreditUnion and reinstalling it. As soon as I put in my password, MetroCreditUnion will think for a few seconds then send me back to my Home Screen. Irritating would be putting it lightly.
I’ve had to double up on running to the bank for a month now. Cannot remote deposit, which is very inconvenient.
This new version won’t let me change the date when I’m transferring funds
Repeatedly making me enter password when I have facial recognition set up for logging in.
Easy to use and has all the functions that I use when I am on the go!
I do wish there was a better way to organize accounts.
Great way of updating the online banking world with Metro’s update. Very user friendly and many new features the old online banking didn’t offer.

I really like how I can see all the accounts I’m associated with on one screen with one login. Easy to use and I like that I can hide and rearrange all my accounts.
Honestly, I didn’t care for the new app at first because it was different than the old app, and I’m not a fan of change. However, now that I’ve been using the new app for a few months, I actually like it better. Remote deposit capture is much easier to use, and I can easily transfer to and from my accounts at other banks. I also like that I can see all of my accounts with one login, yet have the ability to hide the accounts I don’t want to see on a daily basis. Although it took me a little time to adjust to the new app, I’m pleased with the added functionality, and now understand why the credit union upgraded. Thank you!
MetroCreditUnion is such a great tool! Easy to use and the convenience of checking my account at the touch of my fingertip is a GAME CHANGER! When I do go inside the bank or thru the drive thru, the tellers & bankers are genuinely glad to help you and answer questions, good conversation even for a short time. Even over the phone, great customer service is consistent. After experiencing other banks in the past, I will NEVER leave Metro. Thank you for your service and keep up the GREAT work!

In my time of need Metro credit Union was there for me, they answered all my questions. They always answer the phone and no matter how silly I feel about not knowing something their never condescending towards me or make me feel less than. To them no question is a silly one! You have very well versed employees that know how to handle multicultural neighborhoods you make us feel as if black money matters and for that we thank you!
