I was just made aware of ShopRitePharmacyApp and immediately downloaded it. It was very easy to set up and link to all the prescriptions I already have in place at ShopRite. It was also very easy to order refills and even change a prescription to auto refill. I think this is going to make a big difference in my ongoing health care maintenance. Loving ShopRitePharmacyApp !

For the past 8 prescriptions I have tried to refill in ShopRitePharmacyApp it says: The last Name on the Rx does not match the name submitted! (Not Refillable) due to the name not matching, even though quite obviously the name does.

Shoprite is so far behind with technology and ShopRitePharmacyApp is the perfect example. It somehow used to at least function to show you prescription status, history, etc. You know, the things that any pharmacy app would do. Now, it just shows error messages like “This user has no patients associated with it!”. Like hell, it doesn’t. Fix this worthless piece of trash app.

ShopRitePharmacyApp had nothing wrong with it until it’s last update. Difficult to manage now. I used to be able to see what a prescription was going to cost, if it was ready and if it was pending. I can now see none of this! Why did you change it. Would NOT recommend ShopRitePharmacyApp to anyone the way it is now. Very disappointed.

Being able to fill a lot of rx in a single step is very helpful. And I like the organization in the RX history now that shows ready for pick up

Easy to use, great feature on viewing RX history and being able to see when prescriptions are ready!

Why have the pharmacy app when the ShopRite Pharmacy in Staten Island, NY was bought out by Walgreen’s & is no longer there? Take it out of the system, please, IT people, since I use ShopRitePharmacyApp & my store is selected (#109).
(It was convenient to go there since it was within walking distance from our house). Oh, well.

I try to create my account so When I click on create my account a bann announce wrong date of birth I renter many times but same problem I call to the pharmacy and they have the right date on the sistem but ShopRitePharmacyApp still not accepting so I can’t use ShopRitePharmacyApp

I have tried 3 different prescription numbers associated with my ShopRite pharmacy location with my personal info to create an account and I keep getting the same message, “cannot verify Rx, name and DOB”. Obviously my name and DOB hasn’t changed but not being able to find 3 current prescriptions is buggy.

Helpful and convenient

ShopRitePharmacyApp worked perfectly be fore up date now it does not tell you anything my wife’s heart dr chsnged one of her meds yesterday
Today I can’t see if it’s ready or was it sent the old app you could why is it when something works they not happy till it’s broke

App updated by a trainee or worse. After updateThe app no longer recognizes my user name or password and even after I update both of them it doesn’t recognize them. SHOPRITE… You can do better than this can’t you?

ShopRitePharmacyApp is excellent, love the new fingerprint log-in

Very cumbersome, it’s almost impossible to find scripts to fill them (for those that cannot auto refill). There’s no rhyme or reason to how they appear. ShopRite needs to update ShopRitePharmacyApp, or create a better one.

Every single time I try to use ShopRitePharmacyApp to fill my prescription it says that it is too soon. In order to get my prescription filled, I have to call the pharmacy.

Love ShopRitePharmacyApp! So easy to refill my prescriptions or make a vaccine appointment.

ShopRitePharmacyApp used to be a great help to me. I need to be able to see when the last refill was and what refills are available in a compact format. For anybody with a tricky health condition, ShopRitePharmacyApp is now useless. Very hard to navigate.

App used to work but now won’t even load and run. Find someone who knows how to write an app or bring back a previous version.

This new app is horrible ! Why did you change it? Terrible! Annoying and frustrating !please fix it !
