  Easy Peezy

  I was just made aware of this app and immediately downloaded it. It was very easy to set up and link to all the prescriptions I already have in place at ShopRite. It was also very easy to order refills and even change a prescription to auto refill. I think this is going to make a big difference in my ongoing health care maintenance. Loving the app!

  Complete trash. Doesn’t work anymore

  Shoprite is so far behind with technology and this app is the perfect example. It somehow used to at least function to show you prescription status, history, etc. You know, the things that any pharmacy app would do. Now, it just shows error messages like “This user has no patients associated with it!”. Like hell, it doesn’t. Fix this worthless piece of trash app.

  Terrible app after recent update!

  This app had nothing wrong with it until it’s last update. Difficult to manage now. I used to be able to see what a prescription was going to cost, if it was ready and if it was pending. I can now see none of this! Why did you change it. Would NOT recommend this app to anyone the way it is now. Very disappointed.

  Can’t create an account

  I have tried 3 different prescription numbers associated with my ShopRite pharmacy location with my personal info to create an account and I keep getting the same message, “cannot verify Rx, name and DOB”. Obviously my name and DOB hasn’t changed but not being able to find 3 current prescriptions is buggy.

  Nice update

  Being able to fill a lot of rx in a single step is very helpful. And I like the organization in the RX history now that shows ready for pick up

  Easy to use, great feature on viewing RX history and being able to see when prescriptions are ready!

  Pharmacy @ ShopRite Rite no longer there

  Why have the pharmacy app when the ShopRite Pharmacy in Staten Island, NY was bought out by Walgreen’s & is no longer there? Take it out of the system, please, IT people, since I use the app & my store is selected (#109). (It was convenient to go there since it was within walking distance from our house). Oh, well.

  What did they do

  This app worked perfectly be fore up date now it does not tell you anything my wife’s heart dr chsnged one of her meds yesterday Today I can’t see if it’s ready or was it sent the old app you could why is it when something works they not happy till it’s broke

  Worst pharmacy app I’ve ever used

  Very cumbersome, it’s almost impossible to find scripts to fill them (for those that cannot auto refill). There’s no rhyme or reason to how they appear. ShopRite needs to update this app, or create a better one.

  Unusable

  The app used to be a great help to me. I need to be able to see when the last refill was and what refills are available in a compact format. For anybody with a tricky health condition, this app is now useless. Very hard to navigate.

  It’s worthless

  Every single time I try to use this app to fill my prescription it says that it is too soon. In order to get my prescription filled, I have to call the pharmacy.

  Don’t even bother

  App used to work but now won’t even load and run. Find someone who knows how to write an app or bring back a previous version.
