So disappointed. The new app has categories for the various stages a script flows through, problem is that it never actually works. It doesn’t show when a medication is in process. It doesn’t show when a medication is ready for pickup. It seems to only utilize 2 categories: Ready for Refill and Filled. A script shouldn’t appear in the Filled category until it has shown up as Ready for Pickup, has physically been picked up, and then gets filed under Filled.

Myself and 2 family members are now forced to call the automated system and/or call and speak to pharmacy employees for questions WeisPharmacy should be answering. Please fix this issue. Or give us the old app back.

Very slow

We have long used WeisPharmacy to manage our prescriptions, however for four days now that has not been possible. Once we tap on our name/account a fail please try later message appears. This is in general a 5 star app but is currently unusable.

The prior version of WeisPharmacy featured refill reminders and notifications that your prescription was ready for pick up. This new version does not seem to do that which I wish it would.

The Weis prescription app works great. It is informative and convenient. Two improvements for Weis Pharmacy would be: 1. The ability to remove or hide prescriptions that are no longer used and, 2. Going back to the old way of having the RX filled local and ready in a flash as opposed to being filled and shipped in and having to wait several days to pick up.

Only thing I could suggest is for WeisPharmacy to state how long a refill was filled for…1 month or 3 months. This would really help when a patient has multiple medications and some are filled for 1 but others for 3 months. You can’t tell from WeisPharmacy which ones are which.

What more can I say. I’ve been getting a critical component of an effective “cocktail” or 4 meds, which when taken together, have an extensive track record of keeping the worst effects of a hellish disease at bay. In my case, I’m part of a very small segment of the migraine population, which develops “New Daily Persistent Migraines”!! Key detail is patient being able to recall the very day when sporadic migraines (or other types of head-pain) turned. So that going forward it now manifested a daily attack with varying symptoms.
And the staff at the Eastern Blvd Weis Pharmacy have been both professional and kind in making sure I am able to access one of the four meds like clock-work!!

I love WeisPharmacy. It helps me keep track of prescriptions and I can order refills without my prescription bottle.

The Weis pharmacy app is, by far, the best pharmacy app I've ever seen. It surpasses the "big name" pharmacy apps by leaps and bounds!
It is easy to navigate, easy on the eyes, and just plain simple. My elderly neighbor even finds it navigable, which is truly the bar that all health apps should be measured by.
Thank you Weis pharmacy for giving us a tool that makes managing our health a bit easier.

Has been such a blessing. Always makes sure you do get all your prescriptions within a very great turn around time. If there is ever an issue with any prescription they call very quickly to get it resolved. There is not another pharmacy I trust mine and/or my family’s prescriptions.

The Weis pharmacy in Bellefonte store 187. Is amazing , they help me in so many ways . Richard and Scott the pharmacists truly go above and beyond . The staff is also very accommodating. Between the staff and the pharmacists go the extra mile and I appreciate them so very much . But there’s one area that doesn’t work for me is this auto refill to the point some prescriptions are out before I get the new one. I’m sure that works for many just not me with my complicated health history and the mere volume of prescriptions I take . Also I’m not overly fond of the new app . But as far as the employees in the pharmacy . They are simply amazing

I frequent the Weis Pharmacy on Rolling Ridge Drive and hope and pray that they continue to provide service. The staff is helpful and the female pharmacist ( don’t know if I can use her name publicly) is always very knowledgeable, professional and caring even when it’s obvious that she is over-worked and always very busy. I use this pharmacy because I trust their care and vigilance with my prescriptions as well as with my immunizations.

Switched from absolute horrible service at CVS, and never considering leaving Weis Pharmacy in Honesdale, PA. Pharmacist is extremely friendly and helpful. Fast service with a smile.

Our local Weis Pharmacy excels at customer service. The team is friendly, quickly responds to questions/concerns, and goes the extra mile to assist their customer base.
WeisPharmacy couldn’t be easier to use… Takes approximately 2 minutes to submit a script refill.

So glad I had all my prescriptions moved to Weis! The staff is great, never had a bad experience. If they don’t have something, it’s ordered for the next day! It’s convenient to my home and not to mention, you get 100 Weis points for every prescription!

I transferred to this pharmacy a couple of years ago. I have to say that it isn’t the most convenient location for me but the pharmacy almost always has what I need, the staff is always, friendly, and helpful, and the pricing is the most competitive in my region. The benefits outweigh the 10 minute drive.

Ephrata Weis RX on Reading Rd. Has worked out very well for me and always has my prescriptions done on time and is quick contact my doctor when necessary. Thank you Weis-Pharmacy.

I travel over a half an hour just so I can deal with the pharmacy at the Weis in Dingmans Ferry, PA. The customer service there is phenomenal and would recommend this facility to anyone!

A bit too simple, but it does a great job of showing me when my scripts should be filled. 3 clicks and they are refilled. Very convenient

We transferred all of our prescriptions to Weis from CVS because their service was horrible and the pharmacist was always angry and rude.

After horrible experiences with several other large chain pharmacies, I had all of our prescriptions transferred to the Weiss in Ranson West Virginia. They are so fast, so courteous, and so helpful that I can’t believe it. I am recommending them to everybody.

Intuitive and convenient. My only complaint would be it took a while to load on more than one command. My WiFi usually works fast but I suppose it could be slowed in that moment. Otherwise works well..

I was having difficulty filling a new prescription. Unlike my previous pharmacy, I was able to talk to someone who fixed the issue right away. The members of the Weis Pharmacy of Dingmans Ferry, PA are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service. I am so happy I switched to Weis!

Normally I cringe when I discover a new app is required in order to continue service with a company I’ve been doing business with for years. But the new Rx refill app is great. No more listing to prerecorded messages I’m not interested in, or working through prompts.

This is the best customer service pharmacy I have ever had & I’m getting ready to turn 80. They never make you feel rushed even though you can see they are really busy. The older gentleman has often made extra effort to see if we qualify to any discounts. They are so friendly and genuine.

All of the pharmacist, clerks who work in the pharmacy are the greatest, the friendly, informative and always smiling.
It’s the most fantastic when you walk to the counter and they greet you by your name and is already pulling your prescription out. Asking how your feeling.
Thing is I haven’t been going there that long..

Weis provides fast service you send message to refill a prescription they are very quick to get it done. I love the new texting system with Weis RX it shows you everything you need to see when reordering your prescription especially the price which is so helpful. Thank you

Last year I had a script that was going to cost me $300 at Walgreens. I called Weis and they said they could give the same script for $18, they even contacted Walgreens to get the script sent to them. I switched all my prescriptions that day and all of my families. They are always courteous and take their time with any questions I have.

Staff is very professional, knowledgeable and fast. All of them help selflessly and are compassionate .
You can trust that you get the medication you need. I switched my family from CVS as they were not willing to order and made mistakes with medications. Weiss team is amazing.

I absolutely love Weis Pharmacy in Nottingham! All of the associates are very professional and efficient. They are always proactive and extremely knowledgeable about my medications. Everyone is friendly and they always greets me with a smile. I’m so thankful that I am able to deal with them.
