Useful for parents who live in undeveloped towns where medical needs are limited. I always use Netmeds to order medicines for my parents on monthly basis. Amazing cash back n promo codes. Guaranteed delivery n cash back for late deliveries. More convenient is they available on watsapp n immediate response we get if we reach them in 9-5 IST.

Compared to earlier this is better, more choice to pay & simpler prescription service, what more is needed. Earlier there was a wallet service dunno there are changes to it, lets see keep learning & move on, save money is also most imprtnt

The best price quoted on all products is not applicable even when the total order value exceeds the one mentioned on the product to get the best price. I wrote to the customer care several times regarding this issue, however, each time they just directed me to the current offers page instead of actually addressing this issue. This is very deceitful and misleading :(

I placed an order with 3 items and only 2 got delivered. I’ve been trying to reach customer service for over a month and all I receive is text from bot. In this pandemic, usually people order pharmacy online. Customer service is important during pandemic.

I placed order for my dad's medicine almost 3 times till now and every time the deliveries were made over 3-4 days each medine was delivered separately. I really dont like this

They could not deliver an order and have no way of showing return status. Customer support is non existent. You have to write a claim and wait for eternity. Government departments work better than then. Totally fraudulent practices. Just deleted the darn app and never again.

Do not buy medecine from this app as the delivery takes time, there is no a real support. better walk to your local pharmacies and get tour medecines much faster. Medecine should be the priority of delivery executives. I have wasted my time for nothing. I would have give -1 star if I could.

Ordered 2 times and every time it took more than 7 days for them to deliver prescription medicine and customer service is even worse than their delivery time.

I can see all types of medicines here,But I Cannot share to my friends saying « This item cannot be shared ».Yet to know the customer support and days of delivery as I just ordered medicines now...

Medicines not delivered on time. Customer care is always busy or doesn’t recognise options selected on IVR. Chat bot also useless. Wouldn’t recommend using this.

Very poor customer service. I don’t think what information is given to the call centre is passed on to the dealer.

UI was good & easy. Was able to search and place the order of my medicines with without any problem.
My medicines were delivered within the time frame shared by them which was great.
Only thing they need to change is the prescription verification should be done quicker.

I would say third class response time. I sent them the prescription in the morning and till 7pm no revert. One should not always see the discount part but the service is more important. NetMed you are selling medicine and you need to be quick on responding. 1mg is far far better than you.

I have already submitted a photocopy of the valid prescription attached with the order but the order got cancelled after waiting for over a week. The image quality gets reduced when I upload it to Netmeds . I don't know if that is the reason why they could not process it.

I also send the prescription by email and tried to reach out to them multiple times but never got a response back. I have a open ticket (Ticket No:6209257664) which was never responded to. This is totally unacceptable behavior and the worst customer service one can provide.
