Case updates in app but not seen on actual website
Sunday I got notifications that my case was approved and decision was emailed! And After 50mins the status went back to old one and the bars changed to blue! But within the tab you still see the case approved and decision emailed! But on actual uscis website there is no change in the status.. is there a bug thats needs to fixed? i am confused

Great until recently
This app has always great for my needs. However, in the last few months, I keep getting notifications of what appears old cases or not my cases since when I open the app nothing has changed. I have reported this issue several times and got a "we are working to get this fixed" but it's been a good 3 months now. I get several "mistaken" updates in a day

Bug report
I have a bug report to file When i do a case search for a large range (say 500) and while this is loading you simultaneously go to the list of “my cases” and refresh the cases there can be come inaccurate. The case number is accurate in the list but the date and status. If you open that case the header is correct but in the body details it shows the wrong receipt number and details.
