Read all the reviews from actual drivers that uses this app. You feel like you live in 20th century while using this app recent update brought many connectivity issues and now drivers are complaining that screen is not staying on while they are driving and on duty. While DOT requires it to be on all the time while driving.
After contacting gt developers, I had no answer about this issue, and I doubt it will be fixed in the near future.
The only good it does is sending notification when vehicle hits a pot hole or a speed pump while driving. Also, it senses that the vehicle accelerating too fast at 70 mph. And bosses in the office believe that the driver was hitting the gas pedal hard and accelerating at incredibly fast speeds.
Would you be testing your product more thoroughly and actually drive the different types of vehicles and in different conditions before selling it to your customers.

I drive for USA Truck, have been for 5 years, not sure if other companies use this system. I use this Geotab app on my iphone 8 running ios 13.3, iphone 15 pro running 17.0.0, and the tablet provided by my company in the truck. The user-interface is nice and i have no complaints there, however using this app is excruciatingly painful. It’s like running through water. Signing inspections takes literal minutes. Sometimes the app crashes while signing inspections and i have to do it again and again and again. This is the general theme with many functions, including verifying logs, synchronizing logs, attaching/detaching assets, certifying repairs, etc. this is absolutely insane. I have complained about this via the app a couple times and seen no improvements. Something has to change, this is so incredibly unacceptable and wasteful of my time and company time.

Would’ve given it no stars, but not an option. App and browser version are total garbage, customer support is also little to be desired. Biggest problem is it murders your battery, especially in my job where I have much more important job functions that I need my phone for, but can’t do my actual job because this app kills my battery in a matter of 4 hours. For those about to say “Charge your phone”, not an option my job requires me to constantly be moving around. Until something is done to reduce battery usage, my only option is to force the app to shut down immediately after inspecting a vehicle, which I would imagine stops the app from tracking where I go. Would not recommend companies require the use of this app for asset management.
