I have a problem with WeatherOps

- The app stopped giving notifications, which is a critical feature for the reviewer.

- The app is the same as Weather Radio, but with a different name, which may be misleading for users.

- The login screens have no way to register or subscribe, which is frustrating for users.

- The app is stuck on the migrating data screen and won't do anything for some users.

- The app has loud notifications 24/7 and cannot be turned off for weekends or nights, which is not helpful for some users.

- The app does not work outside of the USA.

- The app opens into a login screen with no help or instructions, which is confusing for users.

To resolve WeatherOps network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the WeatherOps App
1. On android, goto Settings » WeatherOps » click [Force Stop]

Clear WeatherOps App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WeatherOps » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WeatherOps.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WeatherOps » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WeatherOps » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WeatherOps
