Zero support. Have to pay to get help
App will not download. I press Get and I’m asked to double click on iPhone X and jumps out before it starts downloading. I have closed all the other apps and turned phone off and on. Have tried for a few hours.
I just purchased the Tractive App and downloaded the App, started to set it up after the device was fully charged. The device could not locate my in home internet network despite it being strong. Now the App closes immediately after opening it. We’ve tried the App on 2 other devices and the same problem. I paid for a membership fee it’s Tractive but if this continues I would like a full refund.
My tracking device isn't connecting/finding my network. I have bluetooth turned on my phone and my phone internet working. Please help
The app just closes when i click on ' Yes' to confirm I have already have my GPS when i first open it. I've only just downloaded it. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Went through all the steps below. It still just closes
Drops network connection all the time
No GPS for over 2 days, reset and still not connecting
