2 years agoI have had El Paso Times since 1994 delivery to my home since approx 11/1994. My current subscription expires March 2022. I have tried by telephone to get paid for resubscribing. Nada, nothing, zilch. I reside in West El Paso and normally paper is delivered by 3:00 AM but renewal attempts not working. My fastest contact is to my cel - mobile (915) 502-3967. I also had contact with elpasotimes@gannett but have not tried that. Please help me.

Where’s the fresh content?
My father was a subscriber of the EP Times for more than 20 years. Through those years we saw this publication transform from one that offered good, insightful content to one that simply does enough to put something out there now. The print version now seems more condensed than anything as it is anywhere between 8-10 pages. The digital version really needs to start updating their material as I was seeing stories there from two years ago! The only way to know nowadays if there is a new story to be read is through their social media site. Really having to dig for articles in this app rather than opening the app, having them pop up is starting to become a pain 😩😭🤯😡

Horrible, and frustrating
I try to use the app to keep up with my local news. And users are limited as to how many articles they can read a month. But I’ve found that once I go over that number if I try to open additional articles it counts against my next months total. I believe I had a 3 month period where I wasn’t able to open any articles.

App Keeps Crashing
I haven’t been able to use this app in months because it crashes upon launch every single time. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a numerous amount of times and I still get the same result. Please fix!
