I can’t even get to set my smart shield or night shield. As soon as I click on the ‘Shield’ option it automatically logs me out. Since the last app update, AmberConnect has only caused me headaches…Sigh
This update is terrible, app was great until that upgrade..
I couldn’t believe that I had actually paid $300 to get so exasperated! AmberConnect put me in a vicious loop where I would Login and then it wouldn’t allow me to proceed unless I scanned the QR code. It would then tell me that it couldn’t proceed because that QR code was already registered. No kidding! That’s why it was a LOGIN and NOT a SIGNUP! When I went for help, the fellow in the chat said that that shouldn’t happen. Again, No Kidding. I asked him how to turn the friggin thing on as the directions indicated to MOVE the power switch but the switch was not meant to slide/move. Could only depress the button and then nothing happened (I had left it charging overnight so charging was not the problem. Way too many problems for what should be a fairly simple device. Hell, I paid $30 for Tile tracker (locates your keys from your phone OR visa versa) and it was super easy and works GREAT. So for 10X that I get a PIA device with an eternal looping App 😝

Multiple crashes when clicking on almost anything on dashboard.
No crashing of App for clicking on Settings.
Inaccurate Parking Shield Time Left showing 00:00:00 when two hours+ actually remain.
Otherwise very good functionalities.
