Forced logout

I can’t even get to set my smart shield or night shield. As soon as I click on the ‘Shield’ option it automatically logs me out. Since the last app update, this app has only caused me headaches…Sigh
Absolutely terrible experience

I couldn’t believe that I had actually paid $300 to get so exasperated! The App put me in a vicious loop where I would Login and then it wouldn’t allow me to proceed unless I scanned the QR code. It would then tell me that it couldn’t proceed because that QR code was already registered. No kidding! That’s why it was a LOGIN and NOT a SIGNUP! When I went for help, the fellow in the chat said that that shouldn’t happen. Again, No Kidding. I asked him how to turn the friggin thing on as the directions indicated to MOVE the power switch but the switch was not meant to slide/move. Could only depress the button and then nothing happened (I had left it charging overnight so charging was not the problem. Way too many problems for what should be a fairly simple device. Hell, I paid $30 for Tile tracker (locates your keys from your phone OR visa versa) and it was super easy and works GREAT. So for 10X that I get a PIA device with an eternal looping App 😝
