Hi I'm from the UK and I'm a mobile user the mobile app has been working for a week it won't load up on my screen so I can login please help as I've brought vip recently

Everytime i open my friends list from the bottom right or from the home page on the pc app, my imvu crashes. Just started today and my pc is only a week old and has a massive graphics card in it. Tried to install, uninstall, clear cache, restart pc, everything.

I keep crashing like 4-5 day.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent IMVU app issues:

Force Stop the IMVU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click IMVU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update IMVU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IMVU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "IMVU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch IMVU.

Fix IMVU unable to contact server/ IMVU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click IMVU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got IMVU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
