How to fix Rise app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rise app on iPhone
Update Rise app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rise iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rise on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rise network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Rise not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Rise app issues:

Force Stop the Rise App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Rise app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Rise to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rise App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Rise app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Rise.

Fix Rise unable to contact server/ Rise internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Rise » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Rise » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rise on android.
