I rented a car with Rentcars for a trip to Mexico. Because of Covid I had to cancel and they said I had “FREE Cancelation” and that is a lie. There’s no way to contact them, no phone number just an email. I sent them like 15 emails and never got an answer. And never got my money back.

I booked got to car dealership they saw my insurance told me to go print it when came back they said oh we won’t take that so pay us another 254.00 before you can have car I asked how can I cancel they said figure it out. I can not find a phone number they sent me one it was in Brazil. Left stranded on vacation. Don’t ever use this company or one switch.

I booked with them and close to the day I travel, they cancel my car without saying anything. I sent an email and ask but they don’t respond. I don’t want to recommend Rentcars.

Bad customer service.
I am trying to get someone at this company to get ahold of me. No one will answer the phone and I am worried. This has been a terrible experience, and I want someone to contact me so we can fix this. This is terrible customer service and experience. Never book with this company.

Rentcars is totally trash, las September i rent a car on Fort lauredale Florida on some Green cars companie when we arrived there was not such a companie, beside they never respond my emails i lost my MONEY. Please do not uses Rentcars. You will lose your money.

I’m currently trying to cancel a reservation and there is no way to contact the company. This company is labeled as an 3rd party therefore you cannot cancel through the actual car rental you’re renting from. I have no way to get my money back. It states you have 24 hours in order to have a “free cancellation “ pitifu

I ve been trying to reach out to them they have phone number available just a email and it says we will get back to you in 48 hours wth not to happy

When requesting assistance in resetting my password all the emails were in Spanish. I don’t, nor ever have spoke Spanish. When I called the 800 number I got sales pitch for a medical alert device. Totally unprofessional.
