How to fix NewsNation app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NewsNation app on iPhone
Update NewsNation app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NewsNation iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NewsNation on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NewsNation network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NewsNation Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NewsNation not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NewsNation App
1. On android, goto Settings » NewsNation » click [Force Stop]

Update NewsNation to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NewsNation App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NewsNation » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NewsNation.

Fix NewsNation unable to contact server/ NewsNation internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NewsNation » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NewsNation » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NewsNation
