Ever since I've had the app on my Android over a year, when I click news notifications in the drawer, it does not launch the app. Nothing happens, except the notification goes away. Every other app launches when I click a notification for it.

Force Stop the NewsNation App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NewsNation app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NewsNation to the latest version on PlayStore

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NewsNation app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NewsNation.
