Horrible. Never works. If I could give it zero starts I would. When I answer most of the times I can’t see any video and when I press to open the door it doesn’t work.

Am deleting and using only phone call option from now on.

One star is even too much. I rang our own doorbell after a short walk. The ringtone went on for a long time, interrupted by a woman’s voice from the panel saying “Calling in progress,” followed by more ringtones, then silence…….. I entered with my own tag. My wife’s phone had rung twice. But even though she had the phone in her hand, she couldn’t respond. Later, she tried from outside and I was at home. My phone did ring — as if Intratone was calling - very often. But just street noise, no video, no way to open the door 😭😭. Give me the old panel back. 🤣🤣🤣 That one, after a few months and with the rescue squad on April 23, finally did what it was supposed to do. What an unbelievably crappy system.

This company is s disgrace. I have been trying to fix my faulty system for 10 weeks and I have contacted them on many occasions and they keep sending me to installers who don't know the system or won't touch it because it's rubbish. Their technical team have not helped at all. Their parent company are not interested. BE WARNED THIS SYSTEM IS RUBBISH AND THERE IS NO AFTER SRRVICE SUPPORT......AFTER A FEW WEEKS I AM FORCED TO BUY A DIFFERENT SYSTEM. WHST S JOKE
