Unfortunately, I’m unable to even complete my account creation. It gets to the step where it asks if I have a Grant program ID, but when I click Next without checking yes, KoachTransportation simply crashes and my info is lost. iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.5.1.

KoachTransportation has bad UI design and functionality. don't download it. it is a trash app.
I fill out all the info and it crashes EVERY TIME right before registration!

Can't use it because it just sits there without the bottom icons appearing and the map inoperable.
As with a previous reviewer, I have put my number in several times, but no code ever appears.
I’ve gave them my number 4 times and I still haven’t received a code yet! I thought this was going to be a fast app! But this is lame! I thought I had put in the wrong number but I hadn’t. Maybe it’s me! But if its not! Do NOT download KoachTransportation! Because giving you a code will take FOREVER and as I’m writing I still haven’t gotten one 😂
