Literally the worst app ever to use !! They are always canceling ur ride or giving u drivers that are 60 minutes away … and u can never get a via in the mornings no matter how early u get it !! And they have the audacity to charge you a fee because u don’t want to wait 60 minutes for a driver . don’t download if u don’t like getting ur time wasted stick with Uber / Lyft … not worth the struggle. So I was looking through ArlingtonTransportation put my card information in then next you know there’s a charge from new yourk for 3$ keep in mind I never booked a ride at all I would like my money back.

I’ve been using app since 2023 and it’s been great, however since July 16, 2024 every time I try to set a ride my card on file gets charged for a rides I took back in 2023 now I can’t even use app because it keeps charging for 2023 rides that I already paid for! I have emailed and called and still no resolution! I tried deleting my account however customer services says I owe for rides I never took because I can’t even set up rides, however ArlingtonTransportation still will show a balance owe on customer service side! I have multiple charges that were already paid for.

Times never match, will change on you without notice, takes 45min just to book a ride and after you book it’ll be another 25min wait……. Don’t see this service will ever get it right, I’ve been riding for 2 plus years and it gets worse every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

horrible customer service most via vehicle drivers are foreigners who dont speak english and is on their phone scrraming at the top of their lungs the whole ride it is very aggravating. Also they dont drop you off where you need to be the might drop you off a block down or across the street but never where you need them too. But it is cheap so i guess you get what you pay for

This service constantly makes me walk down the street no matter what the weather is rain hail or snow! The driver is constantly going to different pick up destinations than what I have on my side of ArlingtonTransportation ! They are late And charge a fee! They don’t drop off at the designated drop off location! they drop you off on the street!I am currently late to work and I booked my ride is 7:30 AM it is now 8:55 AM and I have yet to be picked up!

The city of Arlington need to fix ArlingtonTransportation y’all spend too much money for app to develop ride Sharing and so far that’s not been the case so far since I was using the old app when I ask for a supervisor they tell you to wait 48 hours and we never get the answer what we want to hear but y’all want us to spend money by the distance and the wait time is way too long too many people to be late to work and school if y’all can’t get ArlingtonTransportation fix get a technician to fix the problem you are going to embarrass the city of Arlington and the drivers that are working for them and lost a lot of people and money ArlingtonTransportation should not tell me to edit my credit card information that’s mess up

I remember when ArlingtonTransportation came out and it was a lifesaver for me something that’s quick and affordable, but after some time I started to notice ArlingtonTransportation has a ton of problems
, first off why is it that I am not able to get a driver?! I know this seems as a one time problem but every time I use it it’s always the drivers are full, are there only like 10 divers?! Unacceptable. Secondly, why is the waiting times so long? I would have to wait up to 30 minutes to an hour because my driver is either taking their time or is trying to pick up multiple people, and it’s frustrating, the drivers are taking their time rather just doing their job.
The time I’m waiting I could’ve used Uber or Lyft, but there’s a reason why the people don’t and chose ArlingtonTransportation because it’s AFFORDABLE, but doesn’t seem worth it anymore.
Overall fix ArlingtonTransportation or take it down

twice in one day I booked a Via, from my home pick-up then waited with the blue dot of my phone precicely under the Vis pin well past the time shown on ArlingtonTransportation . The driver never came and reported me a “ho show”.

Requested a ride this morning and they took my money even though the ride was not available. And I was also charged a cancellation fee for a ride that I wasn’t even able to book? This is very inconvenient as I book my rides an hour before getting to work and had to find another option. What’s the purpose of this if y’all cannot serve your customers needs. I would give 0 starts if I could.

The ride offered through ArlingtonTransportation are dangerous to both the rider and other drivers on the road. Dangerous pick ups with cars parking in the middle of 4 lane roads. Drivers that make you run across traffic or they will leave without you. It’s so sad this is the best that the city of Arlington can offer it’s citizens.

for 30 minutes now i haven’t been able to set a area for a pickup no matter where i placed it, very inconvenient

ArlingtonTransportation has charged me a no-show fee THREE DAYS IN A ROW whenever the drivers were parked across my neighborhood or several streets away from the pickup location in ArlingtonTransportation . No calls or anything, just drove off after 1-2 minutes of waiting when they were ACROSS THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD. Has made me late 3 days in a row and is seriously pissing me off. ArlingtonTransportation used to work fine so I don’t understand what the deal is now.

Customer service is bad

Vía does not leave you at the exact address but since I updated ArlingtonTransportation IT DOESN'T WORK, it never arrives on time. The time is not exact. You last more than 20min waiting for extra time.

The update is worthless !! I’m waiting an hour just to get in the car !! Then I’m riding in the car for an hour !!! Drivers are getting lost ! Y’all are giving outlandish pickup spots ! Why would I walk 20 mins out just to get picked up ! The routes are terrible how am I the first one in the car and last to leave ! That’s dumb ! New update is terrible ! Never again !!!

I used via app the time but ArlingtonTransportation cuts out the features that made it easy. It charges a cancellation fee even tho my driver is over 10 minutes late and my usual pickup location from work has been changed to a spot drivers will get a ticket if they stop. Bring back the ability to call my drivers cause the confusion comes from lack of communication between riders and drivers.

ArlingtonTransportation is ridiculously so useless. It was useless before the update and now it’s even worse! Why did I order a ride at 3:08pm and at 4:18 I’m still not at work💀 mind you my work place is 13 minutes away from my house and the via was supposed to get there in 23 minutes time. And then it will be telling you the ride is 2 minutes away for over 10 minutes! What exactly is going on. Ugh I can’t stand this! DO BETTER. Please ehn

App connectivity issues may delay, confuse, or mislead drivers. Waited 60 mins just to call Uber.

ArlingtonTransportation will search for a ride for you, then it will still spend that money regardless whether they were able to find a ride or not. THEY DO REFUND, but it’s takes almost 24 hours and makes no sense for them to still spend your money when they say “no rides available.” You’re better off calling the VIA people to book your ride for you, then using ArlingtonTransportation as a way to see how far your ride is. There’s also BARELY EVER any available rides. So it makes sense to just call the number itself and just have them book it for you.

Drivers take forever to get to you. ArlingtonTransportation will tell you 20 minutes but most likely it’ll be 40-60. ArlingtonTransportation says they close at 9 but in reality it closes at 8:30 which meant I was stranded and had to use a much more expensive app. Many drivers are rude and will try to drop you off much further than where the actual drop off is. I will be constantly hitting book a ride and after 30 minutes of hitting it I still have not been able to find one. It also seems like if drivers are too far away then you just won’t get a ride even if there are seats open. I was on the edge of grape vine and Arlington and after an hour of trying to find a ride I was still unsuccessful.

Before the change to Arlington Transportation, getting a ride was quick and easy for the most part. Now that it’s no longer just Via and now run by Arlington, every time I try to get a ride it says they are experiencing high demand and I can’t get a ride anywhere!

I feel like ArlingtonTransportation is great but has a few flaws..for example you’ll put an address and they automatically change it to somewhere a bit close by or sometimes even further which is pretty inconvenient It’s almost always a wait time of 20 minutes or more which is also inconvenient ..I missed my ride multiple times just because ArlingtonTransportation decided to put some other address

ArlingtonTransportation is good but there is one annoying issue. It will say it found you a ride but then it will say it didn't

This morning I was able to book a ride that was supposed to be 15 mins for pickup. While I was waiting, my routes somehow got changed and longer. Timer went from 15 mins to 40 mins cuz this driver decided to filled up the seats and not caring if one of us will be late. I suggested adding a time arrival upon picking a location so the driver can see if there plenty of time for picking up extra people on the way or not. I had to canceled this morning because I was already being late by 30 mins. I think this time arrival is crucial feature.

Cheaper ($4.50 now). Eaiser to find rides. But rides take longer because of picking up and dropping off too many times.

He was great and when i asked him can he let the windows down because it feels warm in there and he did just that. That was nice of him.

Great quick service -comfortable rides -takes U where U want 2 go -highly recommended!

It’s a good app to get to your destination. Arlington Demand lets you know when your ride is ready & tells you we’re to be when ready.

I was in Arlington on business and used this service to get around to meetings and dinners and such. I didn’t need a car and that says something for Arlington.
