I had the app and it always worked fine. When I used it yesterday it asked for me to update it. When I updated it it changed the logo to a green lower case "a" with a green background. Since then it says it can't connect to the server.

How to fix Skordle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skordle app on iPhone
Update Skordle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skordle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skordle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skordle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Skordle Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Skordle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Skordle App
1. On android, goto Settings » Skordle » click [Force Stop]

Update Skordle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skordle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Skordle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Skordle.

Fix Skordle unable to contact server/ Skordle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Skordle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Skordle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Skordle
