Not connecting

I had the app and it always worked fine. When I used it yesterday it asked for me to update it. When I updated it it changed the logo to a green lower case "a" with a green background. Since then it says it can't connect to the server.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Skordle app issues:

Force Stop the Skordle App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Skordle app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Skordle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skordle App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Skordle app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Skordle.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Skordle » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Skordle » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
