Adding a payment card is not working well. While adding a payment card if your phone goes to screen lock.. all the data that you put in is gone and you have to start from the beginning. Even if you manage to have luck and add you card , payments never go through. Gateway errors all the time.
Fix your app please so we dont have to wait in line in the store to pay the bill. What years is this 1990??

I find TelekomMK quit helpful, you don’t have to contact telekom service to activate data sms or anything. Telekom Customer Representatives are the worst to deal with and not helpful at all. If you activate monthly weekly data from TelekomMK you also get double gigabytes.

The application is extremely slow and doesn’t work half the time. The English translation of TelekomMK is horrendous for an ISP of Telekom MK’s size. I’ve attempted to pay my phone and internet bills through TelekomMK only for it to say the payment was successful and then rip me off without showing any further information. The multiple errors encountered on every opening of TelekomMK are extremely annoying and the loading times remind of me of dialup internet at times.

I have been loyal to them and using TelekomMK for years. They scam and steal your money in return deleting TelekomMK, customer support and technical support is the worst on earth, and this is coming from a customer support representative. I tried to bare with them numerous times since i know how it is to work in that department. They never provide their customers with solutions or even answers. I am cutting off my business with them and turning to VIP. Worst provider on planet earth.

TelekomMK is most likely programmed in generic environment meant for all platforms one time instead of the company Maki g the right decision and programming natively for iOS/Android.
The fact that you cannot pay your bills unless you add your card to TelekomMK is infuriating. I don’t want you to know what card I’m using all the time. Reporting this to Apple immediately.
