Does not properly identify the package already on the number , the package on my weekly unlimited tourist internet card is not even an option to choose??
English language preference is marked however Croatian messages are all over MojTelekomHR and the sms and emails sent are Croatian except for one message. Need a customer specialist to go through MojTelekomHR and clean it up ..
We shall see if other top up etc features work as broadcasted soon..

Doesn’t offer ability to change native language. At least not intuitive.
If you run out of internet you can not access MojTelekomHR to top up your credits. Other options are here but that could be much presented much clearly. This is a big company and taking this into account app could be much better.
MojTelekomHR design is nice, and it is very useful. But a huge problem is that is unbelievably slow. It takes at least 2 minutes for me to check how much internet traffic I have left (I should be able to do it in <10 seconds). I cannot give anything more than 1 star for an app like that.
If I choose English as a language option only half of MojTelekomHR is in English. All offers are in Croatian. Useless to me. I appreciate the English but wish it was 100% English.
MojTelekomHR has English as a choice in settings which is great, but sends me all notifications in Croatian which isn't helpful. :/
If I choose language English, everything in MojTelekomHR should be in readable.
Major performance downgrade a few days ago. OneOnly thing I can suggest is adding Touch ID option when opening MojTelekomHR for verificatiom, and moving the bottom right more options button to the top left as a hamburger menu.
No live chat. No info of phone number to call
I love MojTelekomHR but I hate that now I have to log in every time. I have finger print recognition on my phone so I shouldn’t have to re log in each time I want to pay my bill.
Could be a little clearer on the instructions.
Why can I not pay months in advance?

Aplikacija je OK, ali u zadnje vrijeme ne radi prijava putem Telekom ID-a (javlja grešku da usluga nije dostupna), dok prijava putem broja telefona prolazi. Isto tako ne vidim nigdje opciju primjene pletplatničke tarife, iako je ta funkcionalnost navodno uvedena u zadnjem updateu.
