Slow and Bad Translation

The application is extremely slow and doesn’t work half the time. The English translation of the app is horrendous for an ISP of Telekom MK’s size. I’ve attempted to pay my phone and internet bills through the app only for it to say the payment was successful and then rip me off without showing any further information. The multiple errors encountered on every opening of the app are extremely annoying and the loading times remind of me of dialup internet at times.
Worst providor ever!

I have been loyal to them and using this app for years. They scam and steal your money in return deleting this app, customer support and technical support is the worst on earth, and this is coming from a customer support representative. I tried to bare with them numerous times since i know how it is to work in that department. They never provide their customers with solutions or even answers. I am cutting off my business with them and turning to VIP. Worst provider on planet earth.
